[Resolved] Rediffshopping — provide damaged item | |
i am sheo mani tripathi from lucknow.my order no was 4694651, i was purchased kids laptop from rediff shopping witch i received at 23.7.2008 but that laptop was in dameged condition.a very next day 24.7.2007 i complaind to rediffshoping customer care 3 times and complain almost minimum 15 times and make lots of call to customer care.than i receive a mail ; return your laptop to us and we will give you a new laptop and pay your courier charges which paid by you to returning the laptop, they told me return that item on this address ;Texperts india pvt. ltd., sunil nayak, 3 commerce centre, gujrat industrial, goregoan, mumbai, so i send that laptop with overnite express ltd.courier.the consignment no.was 20296201 date 18.8.2008. All that information i send several times to rediffshopping, customer care and phone call but i do not get any information by rediffshopping till today, that shows this is very poor and fake and froud service.i think i do very big mistake to shopping by rediff.rediffshopping make fool to customers they provide damaged waste item to customer and make money.i want to say nobody purchase any item from rediffshopping they make fool to customers they are fraud. please refund Rs.589.00 laptop cost and Rs.182.00 courier charge paid by me to returning your dameged laptop.total Rs.771.00.i want to refund my total money 771.00.i purchase a new laptop in lucknow last month, so i dont want any laptop from you, refund my money only. i have not got any responce by after sending a damaged laptop to rediff shopping.so refund my money from rediffshopping.
