[Resolved] Redington — Bad servicing of laptop | |||
Myself Gaurav Sharma, AME (Intelligence), i have one hp pavilion (dv2700 series) laptop, which is not working properly. I have given the same at hp authorized service center (Redington, Nagpur) for repairing on dated 08.03.2013, they told me about some motherboard problem, i told him to repair. They returned back my laptop after a long time i.e on dated 30/31.03.2013, for that i visited nearly 10 times in the center. After 3 boots its again showing the same problem, i again talked with shri Anil Singh (Service Enginner) and told him about the problem. He told me to give my laptop again, i gave my laptop back at service center for repairing on dated 15.04.2013 to shri Anil Singh. They returned back my laptop to me on dated 08.05.2013, for that also, i visited the center 4 to 5 times. Now ultimately the result is that my laptop was again in the same condition from 18.05.2013, no display nothing after a long harassment. I am not expecting such a bad services from a hp authorized service center, I also paid Rs. 5200/- for the work of repairing at Redington Service center, Nagpur, which is worthless. Redington — MONEY NOT RETURNED SINCE more than 2 MONTHS
SIR/ MADAM,It is since more than two months since i went to hp outlet "m/s Redington (India) Limited, 201, 202, 203, Sheetal Plaza, II nd floor, Near Hotel Ambassador, Shivajinagar, Pune - 411016, tel.[protected]/ 7112/ 7117/ 71127",
I gave them my monitor for repair, they took Rs. 1500/- Receipt date 20/ 08/ 2011, they could not repair my monitor, I told them to return my monitor and money,
they gave back my monitor in very bad condition,
but didn't give my money, even after number of reminders, my receipt number is PUN/ 11/ 00643 dated 20/ 08/2011.
You are requested to intevene in the matter and sort out the problem.
