Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that I have submitted my under warrenty Blackberry device 9700 PIN-21C6CAF8 on Redington India Limited No-18 Madan Mohan Malviya Marg Lucknow 226001 on 12-March-11,I have informed my problem to your front desk but still some points left which should be addressed in my reported complaint so I am mailing across some points mentioned below.

• Application Memory is too low its consumed automatically some time it’s says 0MB memory left after deleting all my external applications.
• In 3G not able to open heavy sites via Internet Browser says device memory is very low close some tabs and try again.
• Data Gets deleted automatically to provide space for basic applications i.e. sms and basic telephony.
• Device gets hanged in between the conversation or not able to switch on to conference mode.
• User experience is very bad due to device will take lot of time to respond.

Also inform you that earlier my device having some problem in Track pad which gets replaced by your end and I am extremely satisfied with your service delivery and specially your front staff Ms.Dimple she is always eager to help, being a user of blackberry since 2007 I want to get the replacement done of my BB device 9700 as I got issues every now and then in that device, will appreciate your soft gesture to resolve my issues , request you to pls get it done on utmost priority.
