[Resolved]  Reebok Backpack — defective bag sold

We have purchased a school backpack ( sag ) in a reebok shopee (jayalakshmi investments, chennai) with a TNGST no 1522604, CST no 820875/[protected], area code 077, Tin no [protected], receipt no 3600 dated 25/9/2011. The backpack of article no 108051, packed on 5/10 of rate rs. 1399/- was sold at Rs. 1080/- (with a discount of 25%). The said sag was sold defective, it was not informed to us during the sale.
