Reebok India — no discount while showing flat discount

In this Reebok showroom in Mizoram,there is a big sign written 30% flat discount. And i went inside to see some new shoes and see the catalogue.But when the product arrives few days later while the discount is stiill going on,They told me that the discount does not cover the particular shoe so they sold it on 6999/-. I asked them that is flat discount so evrything should be discount but i get a reply that they didnt added the item in the stock so it doesnt cover. Isnt this rediculous? I am a big fan of Reebok but this is really puttin me down..
