[Resolved] Reebok India — Request for replacement/repair of ReplacementReebok Home Use Gym Ball with Defective Valve- | |
I have purchased a Reebok Home Use Gym Ball from an authorised dealer ie REEBOK,Big Joss,107/B1 , E-Town Shopping Centre, East Fort Junction, Thrissur, Kerala ( Tin No.[protected]C) on11.01.09.(Bill No.193). The Product code is ARTICLE#RE[protected] , Size-75 cm. I have used the ball only once. After that when I used it I found the valve is defective and could not use it further. I approched the dealer for replacement or repair and they asked me to wait for their managers consent. This was continued many times but they didnot take any favourable action. In this circumstances I request you to take a favourable action to replace the product. I believe that a well established company like yours will definitely have some arrangement to replace defective products. I expect your reply and action at the earliest. Dr.Jayasree Sankar.
