[Resolved]  Reebok India — Reebok customer care not answering the customer queries.

I had a very bad exp. with the Reebook product, send mail to customer care but not yet answered. Please take of the below query. Waiting for the positive response from the Consumer complaint team. Please suggest what to do now?



Mail send to Reebok on 17 Nov 09 but not answered by customer care:


It is complaint regarding the Reebok shoe that I had purchase dated on 18th July 2009 from Kothrud outlet(Modern Apparels), Pune, India.
Bill details are as follows.

Shoe sole rubber got damaged and also the stitches are getting open from the side of the shoe that is purchased on date 18th July 09.
I have gone to Kothrud outlet and show the shoe to the outlet owner. He directly says me that he is unable to replace it as it is accidental shoe. He told me that while kicking the bike the damaged had takes place so he unable to replace it.

I have suggest him to send for testing then finally he agreed and taken the shoe dated on 27/10/2009 and tell me that he will send it to Delhi for testing. I have call him after one week asking the status for the shoe, he told me that he send to Delhi for testing as I had suggested and given information that it takes around 20-25 days to takes the process to completed.
I again visited the Reebok outlet Kothrud, Pune dated on 14/11/2009 that time the outlet owner tell me that shoe cannot be replaceable i have ask the reason he again say it is accidental. I had asked the report from the Reebok then he told me that he had not send my shoe to Delhi for testing purpose, only the representative from Reebok inspect it and representative told that it cannot be replaceable or repairable. As they had wasted my 15 days in doing all this and finally return my shoe with the same condition.

From above scene it is clear that the Reebok outlet owner from Kothrud, Pune fooling the customers and misguiding them because of these we feel that Reebok is not taken care of any customer queries regarding the shoes.

I am bring this notice to Reebok that customer queries are not been answered properly by outlet owner and customers are fooled by them.

Every customer are expecting the good quality of shoes from the Reebok as we are paying for the quality product. If Reebok shoes are getting damaged in 3 months what quality product Reebok is providing to customers?
And again the complaints are not being answered by the Reebok where it customer satisfaction?

If thing will continue in same way then slowly slowly customer would be diverted to some other product.

Please take care about my query and expecting this time my query will be definitely answered by Reebok.
