Dear Sir/Madam It is very sorry to say that you did not give any response of my complain, very BAD. Original complain was as below: Dear Sir/Madam Namaskar I have purchase a pair of shoes (PGSC No.J17304, Travel/Traing shoe worth Rs.3999/-) on 9th January, 2010from your Reebok Exclusive Store, M/S Siddhi Vinayak Enterprises, 103/B/B, Adjoining City Plaza Complex, Opp. Medical College, Jodhpur-342 003 (Raj).It is sorry to say that only after 4-5 wearing, sole of the one of the shoehas damageged/cracked at ancle side and it is also observred that bottom of sole of both the shoes starts flattening and are in very bad condition. It is really a big shame on the part of REEBOK, the BIG name in shoe and at the same time it is a BIG SHOCK to we "THE SO CALLED VALUABLE CUSTOMERS". Ithing the matter is very much reious, I am hoping complete replacement of the said pair of shoes at the earliest so that our faith in your product may continue. I have handed over the said pair to yopur store for further action. 2. The newly purchased shoes showed signs of tear on the right shoe.
3. On 22 sep 2009, I returned the shoe back to the dealer with the assurance that it will be projected to the MP head for confirmation and within 10-12 days will have my replacement.
4 Despite numerous visits to the dealer, the shoe has not been replaced till date. Such a response from a renowned company as Reebok is very disturbing. regular customers as myself look fwd to prompt reply and services and if the state of affairs is such that after two and a half months the complaint has not been heard to, speaks very ill of the company.
5. The quality of a shoe worth Rs 7,000/- purchased from an authorised dealer would not give away in a matter of days, as I have been using the same brand since ages. The company's products suited my requirement o[censored]se, being in the Armed Forces, as they used to be durable and endured the limits too. Such a event has also tarnished such a repo that used to be.
6. Hope that my request will be heard of and acted upon Sooner than expected.
