Sir,
I have purchased a soccer ball from Reebok Showroom at City Square Mall, Raja Garden,Near Rajouri Garden Metro Station on Febuary 13th 2010.At the point of purchase I had enquired for the quality of the product which was rest assured to me that if any defects or damage were reported within not to worry there's a 2 year stitching and shape warranty and would be mended officially.I think the model number R706929-this was printed on one of the hexagon of the ball.
But at the second day of my purchase when i took my ball to practice sessions you can believe that after one shot on the goal post the ball's foam teared off from one the hexagon.I took the ball with my retail invoice to the above mentioned store and they said sir we can do nothing at all the warranty is over stitching parts of the hexagon only.
I said ok then u can compensate with me or else repair the ball for me but all the sales person present were ignoring us and even harassed me and said we are not responsible for this go to head office , they are 500 more complaints pending here and there are no replies on them too.
Please do not treat any of my statements as a threat made to the company but a genuine inconvenience / dissatisfaction and my regrets towards the Company.
Request you to place yourself in my soccer ball treat me as a genuine customer making a genuine purchase without understanding that I would have to face so much of mental trauma and try resolve the issue at least communicating me back about the further course of action from your end and the further course of action that I may need to take from my end.
