[Resolved]  Reebok India — Charging fee for repair of shoes in warranty period

Hello,
I purchased Reebok shoes considering that they are the best sports shoe brand in India. The shoe cost me 4990 bucks. I was given a one year warranty. When you purchase branded items then it is for sure that you want service wherever the brand showroom exists. I had purchased shoes in Chandigarh and currently I am working in Bangalore, so when there was a pasting problem in the shole, I went to Forum Mall's Reebok store. There they told me that they will charge for that, and told that the other office is at IndraNagar. Having no other option, I had to give them the shoe for repair. But, despite the fact that the shoe is under warranty and warranty for branded items is valid across all of the showrooms, they are charging for repair.
This has disheartened me as their service is very poor in this case. This is not what warranty means. If you purchase any branded product then you should get service anywhere irrespective of where you have purchased them. But, Reebok have shown unlawful behavior with regard to this.
I will not consider to buy any Reebok shoes in future.
