    I am writing to express my extreme frustration and dissatisfaction with your company's complete lack of action regarding my complaint. I purchased a pair of shoes from your brand in February, and I have only worn them twice. However, the sole of the shoe started ripping off, and now it is halfway gone. Despite registering my complaint with your customer care team multiple times, I have received no satisfactory resolution.

    In every mail, your team provides me with a new acknowledgement number, but no action has been taken to address my complaint. Even after acknowledging my complaint, no one from your customer care team has contacted me. This is highly unprofessional and shows a lack of regard for your customers.

    I demand that you provide me with the email address of your manager so that I can escalate this matter to the highest level. Your customer care team has failed to provide any solution to my complaint, and I have lost all faith in your company's ability to provide quality products and services.

    Furthermore, I now demand a full refund for the shoes that I purchased from Reebok. The poor after-sales service that I have experienced has caused me significant inconvenience and frustration, and I do not wish to wear the shoes anymore.

    I expect a prompt response from you, along with the email address of your manager.

      Hello Reebok Customer Support and Representatives,

      I am writing to bring to your attention a significant issue I have encountered with a pair of sports shoes that I recently purchased from the Reebok Store in Vegas Mall, Dwarka Sector 14, Delhi. The shoes, which cost me INR 6, 000, have developed a fabric quality problem within just one month of infrequent use. This is highly disappointing and falls well short of the quality standards I have come to expect from Reebok.

      To give you some background, I use these sports shoes no more than twice a week for my scheduled workout days. Despite this limited usage, the lining fabric has already begun to wear off (please see the attached image for reference). This rapid deterioration not only makes the shoes uncomfortable but also raises serious concerns about their overall quality and durability.

      I have made multiple attempts to contact your customer service team to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, my efforts have been in vain. Despite sending several reminders, I have received no response or acknowledgment from your representatives. This lack of communication has further compounded my disappointment and frustration.

      As a loyal Reebok customer, I feel let down by the substandard quality of this product and the unresponsiveness of your customer service team. I kindly request you to treat this matter with urgency and provide an appropriate solution. I would appreciate a prompt replacement or refund for the defective pair of sports shoes, as well as an explanation for the fabric quality issue.

        I purchased these shoes Order no.RBK[protected] on[protected] and now it hasn't been 2 months and the right shoe sole came off. I sent numerous mails to Reebok India but the respoded that shors is 6 months old even after providing valid proof that the product is just 2 months old. Later on they arranged the pick up but was never done. I kept on mailing but now they have even stopped responding.
        I hereby attached the SS of proof. Kindly help and resolve the issue asap

              Hi,

              I would like to complain about the product quality as I have attached the pic of the product. I bought it 2 months ago even though I am not using it regularly and taking care of the shoes. I also don't have to walk a lot but still, within just 2 months it's started tearing from the inside. That's quite disappointing and came to notice yesterday only for more details I have enclosed the pic of the shoes and other details.
              We bought 2 pairs of shoes on 31st December 2022 from DLF mall, Noida sector 18 from which I am making a complaint about the quality of my shoes only. The number and name used for the purchase are Atul Sharma-[protected]. The payment was made from the card of Rs 13, 799 for two shoes as it has been two months. I need to look around the bills but you can check the details from the given number [protected].

                I bought Reebok shoes in 2021 . And within its use in 6 months its sole started getting hole . I realised this when my socks started torn out in the toe part .And after few months small dust particles and stone got inside the shoe causing pain and discomfort while walking . We were not able to figure out what to do as we were out of warranty period .So we went to local cobbler to fix this. But that too didn't last for long. I request the company to please look into this problem atleast fix the sole properly so that i can use it again as it cost 3K. I want to clarify that both of my shoes sole is damaged.

                  I ordered Reebok Shoes from https://www.reebok.in/ on 25th Feb 2023. As per the Reebok Track My Order, it says delivered to the billing address but I have not received the order.

                        Pasting of my reebok shoes has come out. It is disgusting that such cheap quality work is done. It is so so disappointing. Store is of no help. Dealings of store is so unsatisfactory. Your brand was one of my favourite brand but now it is one of the worst brand. So disappointing to have such services from renowned brand like yours. Hoping you might improve your services.

                          I recently i ordered a reebok sandals us 11 size but it was small i wanted to return so i made a return request. I got a mail from the customer service first time and order was picked by the courier services morning and in the evening I got a msg by saying item failed at quality check (i didn't even used them). I mailed about the issue no response and i called the store about the order they said it online team will contact you soon but till now I did received any mail from them. That courier services said they'll return item to me. Please solve this

                            ( Saturday Dated 04/02/2023 ) I was purchases Shoes from Reebok Store of Poonam Mall, Unit no.4, as per online 25% Discount on this product. & as per store advertisement discount offer was shows 40% & 50%, MRP as per mention on your box also Rs.6999/- instead of any discount offer they charges me extra on MRP. find the attached bill Rs.7999/- Please do the return of my Money. Witch is charge extra.

                              Yesterday i placed two order from reebok.in where my money got deducted but order not placed.i have spent 10, 000+ amount neither my order is placed nor i am getting any call back from your end . I checked with the banks and everything and i have attached the successful payment slips as well .

                                Within one month o[censored]sage (walking, not running, on paver block surfaces only), the soles (heel portion and toe portion) have worn out.

                                Is it that the quality of shoes bought at discounted prices through Amazon are of lower quality than if bought from a store?

                                      On 28th Jan, purchased a cap of with printed price of Rs1499 but they charge me Rs 1599. On asking a question they responsed price has been increased and tag is old.

                                      In my experience this is the first time happened where someone charge more than printed price.

                                        Dear Team last 7 years I am one of your valuable customer and i am using multiple products of yours dated 14th march 2022 I purchased the above mentioned products and i hardly used the same but the sole is detached on both the shoes.
