Reebok India — Poor pasting on reebok floaters

Reebok — poor pasting of sole

This is really a very bad experience with the world reputed company
"Reebok". I got a pair of floaters from a shop named "FUSION THE SHOE
PARK"

After complaint for the first time under warranty i was told that it
has been sent to a company but i got it being pasted with the local
person. After 4 days o[censored]sage both the soles again got unstuck. The
second time after sending it to the company.
They agreed & accepted the shoes and gave me the complaint no., saying that the shoes will be replaced after company's inspection within the week, but till date no action has been taken, and the attitude of their staff towards the post sale problems is pathetic .

For a reputed brand like Reebok, this sort of post sale service is not acceptable .

I hereby request the company to replace the shoes or refund my money.
I was told to give 25% of
the MRP.+ The increased price of the shoes.
This is really a bad experience with reebok.

I am facing a very similar problem with the same model of shoe. It seems Reebok is facing a quality crisis. 2 of the 3 pairs of shoes I bought in the "40% off-flat" sale have almost given away. I had to give the floaters for pasting a second time today and I am sure the next time they "repair " the floaters they will be in the same condition. I am thoroughly disgusted.
