Reebok India — Shoe Sole getting separated

I purchased your shoe (An impulsive purchase) from one of your franchisee outlets after seeing your discount display outside the shop.

Within a month and in just two use (used for two days - office use only), the sole got peeled since not pasted. When i referred to the outlet, they said, will get it serviced, since I did not carry bill otherwise could have replaced. After two weeks they returned the shoe after pasting it which was looking very odd. Rebook once again failed since the other shoe had similar problem, which was not even checked by them and returned as it is. Till date the shoe is with the franchisee and is unable to provide me any receipt, as Reebok franchise outlets, do not carry or provide customer any complaint book or an acknowledgement receipt to receive complaint shoes nor a rubber stamp/seal for us.

Now I have proved the date of purchase with bank statement based on the credit card transaction. If Reebok wants to validate the transaction, ca always pull out an duplicate bill with the available technology on IT and take necessar action for replacement.

In my opinion, Reebok should not insist for bills for uathentication as they should know their product on the look and should be able to identify these are Rebook and can validate for date of purchase alone. Unfortunately tehir own franchisee feel without bills they may be duplicates and do not want to trust. Can we also consider your franchisees are also fake as they cannot provide any receipts on accepting the product on complaint for our records?

Otherwise it not only speak on genuinty but also quality and the way Reebok appointing franchisee offerring hefty discount only speaks about the type of quality shoes they produce.

Unnecessarily you are fixing high MRP and offering discount in no way helping customers as the ED levyed on the product is on MRP. The purpose of having huge MRP is getting defeated.

Please let me know ehtehr I can get a replacement for the defect?
