SIR, i HAVE TAKEN A SUBSCRIPTION OF MAIL TODAY & HAVE RECEIVED A REEBOK COUPON.WHEN I REACHED THE REEBOK SHOWROOM IN RAJOURI GARDEN, DELHI A MONTH BACK THEY TOLD ME THAT STOCK WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THEY TOLD ME TO COME NEXT DAY & THE DAY AFTER NEXT DAY WHEN I AGAIN WENT THERE, THEIR SALESMAN TOLD ME THAT STOCK WHICH HAD COME WAS SOLD OUT, COME AFTER 10 DAYS.WHEN I TALK TO THEIR OWNER HE TOLD ME THAT NO STOCK HAD COME THE PREVIOUS DAY.THEY ALSO GIVE ME ANOTHER COUPON IN EXCHANGE OF MY PREVIOUS COUPON. WHEN I WENT THERE AFTER 15 DAYS, THEY TOLD ME TO COME AFTER A MONTH. NOW I WANT TO WHO YOUR ESTEEMED COMPANY IS MAKING FOOLISH OF THE CUSTOMER,WHEN YOU PEOPLE ARE NOT REDEEMING ANY COUPON. SHOPKEEPER SAYS STOCK IS NOT COMING,SALESMAN SAYS STOCK IS SOLD OUT.YOU TOLD ME WHEN STOCK IS NOT COMING,THEN HOW IT IS SOLD OUT. IF YOU PEOPLE ARE NOT ABLE TO FULFILL YOUR PROMISE,THEN IT IS BETTER TO SAY NO TO THE CUSTOMER INSTEAD OF BEFOOLING THE CUSTOMER. Reebok — Non redemption of coupons
I had purchased a pair of shoes and I had been given a copy of coupons which they promised to redeem from time to time.In January I went to redeem it and I was told that this is a sale period hence it cannot be redeemed. I have requested them so many times. I have visited SCO 20, Sector 17 showroom so many times. At last, I told them I will have to go to consumer court then they redeem the same immediately. But they harrassed me a lot.
Now again I went to redeem the same they said there is a sale and it cannot be redeemed. I told them you have redeemed the same in January. He said I do not know about than but I cannot redeem it presently at any cost. How funny his reply was? However it is clearly written on the vouchers that these would be redeemed on the MRP and nowhere it is mentioned that it will not be redeemed during the sale period. How rude it was if you cannot redeem the coupon then why you issue the same. I have wasted my petrol, energy and get frustrated because of these coupons.
I requested Mr Sanjay, Incharge, Sector 17, Chandigarh again and again to redeem the same he said I cannot redeem the same. I said then why you give this at the time of puchasing a pair of shoes. He said rudly he will not accept these and you do whatever you like. Now I would have no choice except to approach the consumer court.

Hi, I bought a Reebok shoes in Bangalore, India in the month of October, 2009 at the time of Diwali festival. They told me that if I purchase a shoe at a cost more than Rs.3000/-, I would get a Reebok coupons of Rs.3000/-. I purchased a shoe costing Rs.3300/- and received coupons which said to send a message to 54242 to get a code. I have done it numerous times but the reply I get from 54242 is "This service is currently not available". Now when I went to the same shop to ask about this, they have moved to a new location. Now you tell me what should I do to get my coupons code.
