[Resolved]  Reebok India — Shoes Defect

I have purchased reebok shoes on 11/07/2010 and after wearing the same found that the balance of left shoe is not correct so I complaint for the same at the store but they refused and said that they would not replace the shoes. Then I made a complaint to the head of the store and he asked me to drop the shoes at the store and also assured me that I would take required action so I droped the shoes at the store on 24/07/2010 and on 04/08/2010, when I went to the store they people told me that there is n o any defect in the shoes and we are not going to replace.
