Reebok — changing of shoe
dear sir,I am very sorrowful to say you I`am not satisfy with your outlet situated at ismileganj lucknow. Receipt no. 2157 dt. 2/11/07. I purchase a shoe from your outlet but it opened from left & right side (both). On receipt no.309 dated 1/6/08 it given to repair but it not be repaired well . After some days it also reopen from both side.
So, please call toyour outlet to chage the shoe otherwise i am going to consumer forum to justice. if you change my shoe, I`m very thankful to you.

ON 15th NOVEMBER 2010 VIDE INVICE NO-2560, I BOUGHT REEBOK SHOES SIZE 12 ARTICLE NO-R100102 MRP.RS-645(DISCOUNT 50% ON 1290) COLOUR BLACK FROM AKIK MARKETING INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED.

OWNER NAME-AMISH AGGARWAL .
BUT THE NEXT DAY SHOES WAS CRACKED AND WORN OUT.THE SHOP OWNER REFUSED TO CHANGE AND TOLD ME TO CONTACT REEBOK OFFICE SIGNATURE TOWER GURGAON. WHERE I COMPLAINED TO (AMIT LUMBAY EXECUTIVE-FOOTWEAR OPERATION).HE ASSURED ME IN WRITING IT WOULD BE EXCHANGED BUT THE SHOP MANAGER REFUSED AND
ABUSED ME AND THE REEBOK OFFICE .AFTER THAT I HAVE BEEN SANDWICH BETWEEN THEM.
SO, YOU ARE REQUESTED TO EXCHANGE MY SHOES AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

Reebok — Refusal to Change the size of Shoes
I bought a pair of Reebok shoes from authorized showroom in Alkapuri, Baroda on 5th July 2008. By oversight I bought one size smaller then my usual. Although while trying out it did not occur to me. I came home and checked the discrepancy by seeing my old reebok shoe. I have kept the new shoes in the box without wearing it and on requesting the shop, the store manager flatly refuses to change the size since it is not available ( Surprising since no. 10 us size is quite in demand). He is not ready to refund the money also. I would request Reebok India to look in the matter and redeem the situation since I just need a bigger sized shoe- the model is premier road plus.I have been using reebok shoes since atleast 8 years, buying once a year.regards,
