[Resolved]  Reebok India — Cheating and fraud

Respected Authority,

On 11th September I purchased a trek suit from Reebok outlet located at Apsara road Gandhi Nagar Jammu. The Reebok store is owned by M/S Khullar enterprises. I did this transaction at 06:14PM.

after reaching home i discovered that the product is substandard. Its threads are coming out. the stitching is defected and irregular. The product looks duplicate and the owner seems to be cheating the public in the name of REEBOK.

i felt cheated, harassed and my precious time and money has been wasted.

i paid by my credit card, I tried to contact the vendor but of no use.

i have attached the photo of the faulty stitching and faulty logo that shows the product is duplicate.

Therefore i request the honorable authority to take appropriate action and bring me justice.
