Reebok India — LOW QUALITY OF SHOES | |||
Hi I bought two pairs of shoes for my children for Rs 4344/- on 26/9/2010 from Shoe Style Vikas Puri, New Delhi-110018 India a factory outlet of Reebok. On 7/11/2010 my daughter realized that the sole of one of shoes has come off. I went to the show room I was told that this will be repaired. It is very surprising that in less than one and a half month the sole comes off and the company is not replacing it.Through your intervention I request you to please take up my complaint to the Reebok and ger my shoes replaced.
