Reebok India — poor quality damaged shoes

i have purchased reebok shoe,dmxride from indus ventures sahu building hazratganj lucknow on 1112011. with in 2 months crack appeared in the net portion of both the shoes and in three months it was torned at the same place. i have complaint about it to the above mentioned shopkeeper. and requested him to change the shoes but he told me that it is not possible, and there is no warranty.it is great pitty that product of such a big brand is so poor in quality and consumer is not getting proper response from the authorize dealer.i am looking for your response .product details are - article no j81397 price 4999 inr, tin no-[protected],bill no.1534.
