Reebok India — non redemption of vouchers

i have reebok redemption vouchers of booklet code 223720 with redemption code 5255372 purchased by invoice no.10315 dated[protected] from ashirwad collection bathinda a(Punjab) having validity upto 31-10-10,[protected],[protected] respectivly but on[protected] when i went to purchase some reebok items to reebok's another franchises located at opp. 3 cinema, Goniana Road Bathinda they flately refused to reedeem these vouchers saying that there computer does not take these vouchers
