Reebok Shoe — Sole of the shoe damaged.

Dear Sir,

I bought a pair of Reebok shoes sometime back. I used to wear it occasionally. Yesterday I revealed that the outer soles of my shoes are getting broken and they are getting detached from my shoes. So, I can no longer use it anymore. I don't expect this kind of manufacturing defects from a reputed brand like Reebok.

So, I request you to make necessary arrangement so that my pair of shoes can be exchanged for a fresh pair. Your hearty co-operation is highly solicited.
