[Resolved]  Reebok Shoes — Poor Quality of the shoes

Respected Sir,
I have bought a brand new reebok shoe model no. 113917/9 from Chawla Creation, Vivekanand Nagar, Wardha Road, Nagpur-440 015 on[protected].I was assured about the quality of the product and that any damage or defect to the shoe within 6 months will be replaced.I m a regular jogger.Today while jogging i placed my foot on a small stone and i was shocked to notice that the shoe soul got teared.I was damm shocked about the quality of the product.I was sure that i would get a free replacement as the shoe was damaged with in 3 days of purchase.But to my suprise on complaining about the damaged product the showroom owner completly refused to exchange it.On my questioning he was talking with a dishonouring tone.
Please do get me justice and take appropriate measures against the owner.
