[Resolved]  Reebok Shoes — Quality Compliants

Dear Sir,
I had purchased a pair of shoes from your retail outlet name PUR/REEBOK STORE/, at Karol Bagh at dated 12/08/2008 amount Rs. INR 3299.00 . This pair of shoes has been used by me for maximum 50 – 60 days from the date of purchase but I am really sorry to say that the quality had been so bad that its sole tore in that short use only. I am enclosing a photograph of torn sole / shoes for your reference.

When we purchase shoes from a reputed concern like yours we expect perfect quality product where shoes do not wear out so soon. My work does not involve a lot of travelling and I have to throw the shoes although in good condition even after using them for two to three years usually.

i have so many time in your karol bagh store . no budy provide the solution

I would request you to kindly look into the matter urgently and also change these shoes at the earliest.
