[Resolved]  Reebok Shoes — shole is damaged

I have purchase Reebok Shoes model no J21759 from DG ENTERPRISES 70-VIJAY BLOCK MAIN VIKAS MARG,LAKSHMI NAGAR vide invoice no 1313 Dated 04.08.2012 but now this time his shole is damaged within 15 days & also I have told him to DG Enterprises about the same but getting response that contact to directly Reebok Showroom.

Please look into this & take necessary action for the same & replace my Shoes also following the same last three month but not getting any responce from there.
