sir i hav purchase i pair of reebok shoes frm gharaunda reebok exclusive outlet @ discount of 1000rs of the actual price 2000rs.now they r not changing it and saying tht it is against discounted price we cannot change it. now wht can i do......

actually i bought a reebok canvas shoes nd it got opens fro pasting sides nd they are totally damaged within a two months ...

i have purchased reebok shoes from the outlet worth rs. 4600/ and with in few days the soul of the shoes damaged but the outlet owner did not respond to the complaint and didin't even give the contact number of corporate office from where he got the lincence of frenchise. Man when u have such a reputated brand then why are you compromising on quality of brand ?? At least listen to customers, what they have to say. the response from shop owner is phtatic!!

I Purchased two pair of shoe from Chembur mumbai From Roma commercial company Tax invoice no 663 dated 03/10/09. for my childrens. They started using it .in the month of December. Hardly They use it for a hour per day. But it's started sole tearing and sole coming out I can not expect from reputed brand like Reebok such quality.

I bought a pair of Reebok Shoes for Rs.5000, from Authorised Reebok Outlet - FRANCHIES GOSHIES APPREALS PVT. LTD, CENTRA MALL, CHANDIGARH having TIN NO [protected] but within 2 months the MESH of shoes developed crack and one get torn. I tried to contact them 4-5 times but they didnt entertained or are unavailable. kindly tell me what i should do to get it replaced.i purchased shoe of item no. V50007 BLAC, bill date- 15/4/2012, invoice no: 69..

The attitude of their staff towards the post sale problems is disgusting.

For a reputed brand like Reebok, this sort of post sale service has not been expected.

I hereby request the company to replace the shoes or refund my money .
