[Resolved]  Refrigerator — very poor service & no responsible employee

sir,
i surender arora r/o indirapuram ghaziabad u.p. . i have filed complaint against my refrigirator .
every time they sent their untrained employee with their untrained experience & every one use to say different problems on different visits.now i want u please send some good emplyee so that he can observe the problem easily because we have already did complaint 10 times.
the fact is the fridge is not working at all .
