Hello Team,
This is regarding my recent purchase at Bajaj electronics Kondapur. I have purchased refrigerator worth 43000rs and the sales executive has promised to deliver the product on the next day. We haven't received product on the promised day. We have followed up with sales executive ( Chari) regarding the issue and he was rude while providing the answers over call. We got a call on the other day and product got delivered....

My refrigerator doesn't seem to be cooling

On 31 December 2014, I purchased the inverter double door refrigerator from Venus Electronics in Trichy.
My refrigerator has not been cooling on 17 November 2021, so I have called the toll-free service for assistance. After checking the refrigerator, the service person noted that the compressor has not worked since it was under warranty (10 years).
He changed the new compression on 25 November 2021 and also claimed service charges of Rs. 1, 686.00 (Cash Receipt No. 15124). Despite his commitment, he leaves the refrigerator as it cools after only four hours.
I filed a complaint to the customer service, another person came to check the refrigerator and said the compressor was not working.
As of now, the service team confirms that the inverter refrigerator cannot be serviced.
Let me know what the next step is from Samsung's customer support.

Refrigerator is not working
Hello sir, the refrigerator was delivered on 25/05/2020 but it was 1 day and now the refrigerator is not running at all
Neither is cooling
And when i call customer care, your technique says that the compressor is bad.
And now i also speak to the customer care service that we cannot be a service center here, you can talk in the company

Show room after three visit, we finalised one model, repeated asked them is this available, after due enquiry
They confirmed with in 7 days they will
Deliver, after few days they rang up not
Available, it may take few more we week, we agreed to that after few week
Again went to show room 5 th time,
Not once senior manager available.
Sales man junior intract, they are trying
To bully me that they will not refund,
Finally i agreed to show room piece, if
There is no damage, after two days they rang up frig is damaged, request ed for refund it is more than week, ihave to go and collect check,

panasonic refrigerator not working

I purchased panasonic refrigerator on 43/04/2017, with extended warranty. Having vomplains of less cooling with no ice formation in freezer compartment. 2 times gas filled. But still not rectified. Repeatedly requesting, emailing to send senior technician to rectify problem, but to no avail. Almost 15 days over. It is 602 lit inverter technology refrigerator. Complain number is r[protected]

My refrigerator is to melting in 3 year I want to exchange it I'm calling to customer service but i can't receive help and my last refrigerator is vidiocon that was working 9 year that was vary good that body was not to melt in 9 year but the whirlpool refrigerator is to melt in only 3 year it's so bad I'll not advise anyone to buy whirlpool...

worst products and worst service and worst customer care

We have bought whirlpool triple door refrigerator around one year back now as one year completed it started having problems with cooling. After registering complaint their so called engineer visited us, and said it is due to heavy ice sheets, and opened the whole system and left for one day next day he came n said all ok took 450rs for service. After two three days same problem persisted and again the same process was repeated. Again after 2-3 days same problem occurred and than again some other engineer came did something and went off saying motor is not working then we agreed to change it and payed 1900 again. After some time same problem. Now after multiple phone calls they visited after 3-4 days and said now sensor is destroyed, i mean wat the hell is this. Above all they are so clever that not mentioning the date of every visit to hide their incompetence on bill and so that they can get service charges every now and then. Now i have called to customer care they are saying that is your fault u must have insisted them to write the date... Dear whirlpool people please improve ur services and products because now i am determined to apply rti against you and will definitely go to consumer court good by whirlpool. Please don't buy whirlpool products they have worst policies services and utmost their engineers. And the most important thing their claims of service within 24 hours is the biggest lie they never visited in 24 hours in my case. Whirlpool rip going to get rid of whirlpool products and taking the oath never buy whirlpool in future.

This is to inform you, I Mamta Jain, purchased a Refrigerater of Model no. RSHIDBPEI/XTL from 'SARGAM ELECTRONICS', Pitumpura, Delhi, 8years ago.
This year fridge stopped cooling, so we called Samsung service man to assist us.
Due to no solution generated to problem service man was called 3times.
Your service man lack experience and information about the technicality of the product, they have damaged the fridge and the fridge have stopped working.
Service man suggested to change the compressor of the fridge, we duly accepted and payed Rs 20, 000 in exchange of 1year warranty, but soon after fridge again stopped cooling, again service man was called he again, first he told us compresser is over heated so he switched off the fridge for 5days, and on next visit he came out with another excuse that there is no gas in fridge,
this shows that he lacked proper information about the product, however still we again gave him sum of rs 500 for refilling gas, and due to his negligence the pipe bursted.Now our fridge is close from last 1week, and the service man is telling us that we should pay him personally Rs 10000 without telling Samsung company in oder to get fridge repair.
This will not be tolerated, this matter will be taken to Consumer Court, If you will not compensate, we will stop buying your other products as well.

Samsung company should close their company. they are not ethical and provide good product.
Its been long my refrigerator is still not repaired, every time there is problem with my double door refrigerator.
Product is really bad and services too.
Me and family are highly dissappointed.
Still my refrigerator is not working and edible are getting spoiled, irrespective of investing 27 k .
its pathetic.

I have purchase an Samsung refrigerator from Vicky Electronic, 33 MTH compound Indore on the dated of 21 March 2015.
This refrigerator have a some manufacturing defect. I was try a lot of time to contact Samsung custmer care and also Dealar. They are not given a proper response. Today i have call from Samsung service center Dewas[protected] . the engineer was told we are not able to solved your problem so you again contact to company or dealer. Both are not given the proper response .
i would like to request to you please do positive and protect the cosumer

faulty refrigerator

Hello,
I have purchased refrigerator WPOOL REF-310 MAX TITANIUM ( 13456) from Sales Corner(Vadodara) on March 12, 2013. After 15 - 20 days, I came to know that there is problem with the fridge, the gasket of the door is not proper and door is also not aligned. so it is not closed properly. I called customer care - Ahemadabad, and technician (from Dolphin, local service dealer of whirlpool) came next day. He thoroughly checked the refrigerator and took some photographs to show his senior. After 3-4 days, he came with his senior and his senior tried to play with door, screw adjustment and told me to wait for 2 days. After 2 days, the technician again come but it was same thing. He told me to reply back after consulting his senior. After 2-3 days, when there was no response, I complained to Ahemedabad - Branch Coordinator and after that local office called me and told to submit the copy of the invoice to process further i.e. replacement of refrigerator.
On Monday - 29th April, I have submitted copy of the invoice to the local office and they told me to wait for 4-5 days as this model is in stock at Ahemadabad and take 2-3 days for transportation. When they told me to pay charge Rs. 500 for the transportation, I was furious and talk to branch coordinator and they said this is company's rule. In this situation, this is not my fault and still I have to pay transportation ? still she told me talk to Baroda-whirlpool representative Sagar about this. I called Sagar on 30th April and he told me that I need to pay max 300 Rs. and he process the order. He ensured me that the new refrigerator will come within 4-5 days.
Today on 8th May, I was calling Sagar since noon and he is not picking phone. There is no responsible person at Dolphin - local service dealer to give me proper response. so again I called to Branch coordinator - Ahmedabad, and now she is telling me that first of all my old refrigerator have to send Ahmedabad and than they will process for the replacement one ? I asked her who will do this ? me .... ? and than she told me she will called local dealer and they will contact me. Since than no one has contacted me for this!
First of all, no one even told me about sending back the faulty refrigerator when I submitted the copy of invoice and talked to Sagar ?
and in this summer time when temp hits 43-44 degree, how they can leave us without the refrigerator for 4 -5 days ? I have bought the refrigerator in cash with full amount, this is not donation ! This is ridiculous approach by Whirlpool local branch or dealer. Why should I pay for the transportation and why should we stay without refrigerator for single day ? Moreover who will pay my high electricity bill because of this faulty refrigerator whose door is not closed properly ?
I request Whirlpool to
1) to take back faulty refrigerator when they deliver new one
2) to deliver new refrigerator without any transportion charge
3) to compensate against my high electricity bill
I am sure that Whirlpool - India resolve these issue in proper way to maintain TRUST in Whirlpool (this is third whirlpool refrigerator in my family), if it is not resolved I will go to Gujarat Grahak Surksha Kendra or Consumer protection council and fight this until I get justice.

1. 35 telephone calls enquiring status and pray for early delivery
2. Response from sales team was false assurance of delivery between 3 – 8 p.m. each day when telephone
3. My cheque no. 897889 dated[protected] drawn on Syndicate Bank ,Dombivili presented for payment by M/s Godrej & Boyce and cleared for payment o 5/11/2007,as per my Bank details.
4. Inordinate delay has caused me loss of advance amount of Rs. 1000/-, telephone charges for 35 calls on an average made for FOLLOW-UP.
5. When telephone on 8/11/2007, Assurance by Mr. Vaibhav to keep balance amount ready promising delivery before 8 pm. on 8/11/2007
6. This unfair act has caused me immense mental anxiety and stress resulting ill-health.
7. I have tried to contact Mr. Matthew Cherian, but mobile phone Nol ([protected]) is always busy and he has not called back.
8. Attempts to Contact Mr. Om on mobile [protected] also had no response.
In the circumstances, I am constrained to cancel the order booked. Kindly request you to cancel my booking order and also to arrange to refund the advance amount of Rs. 1000/- as well as loss of call charges amounting to about Rs. 200/- expeditously.
9. I had written in my first email itself that process of waiting for delivery of product booked has caused me mental anxiety and also raised the B.P. of my wife.
I had requested for prompt refund to reaffirm my faith in the integrity of your Company.
Sir, any action by a reputed firm like Godrej should appeal to Customer and not repel the Customer.
Yesterday in late evening Mr. Mathews Cherian telephoned when I was away. He had informed my wife that as the cheque is already deposited in Godrej’s account, Godrej would be in a position to send the cheque for refund only after 5 working days, and that he has already clearly explained to me this earlier.
�?�In fact I don’t remember him telling me so, that is why I stayed at home &waited for the courier since 13th November 2007.
�?�[protected] was the assured date of delivery. Without delivery , the next day itself your esteemed office had deposited my cheque dated[protected] drawn in favour of Syndicate bank . The cheque had been cleared for payment on[protected].
When my wife enquired about this with Mr. Matthew, he said he was ready to deliver the product when cheque was deposited in bank.
This raises pertinent points –
i) why product was not delivered from[protected] till[protected] when after 35
follow up telephone calls, I hopelessly cancelled the order.
ii) why it takes 5 working days to refund a cheque wrongly deposited. (nevertheless, even these 5 working days has also elapsed with no sign of positive action by your officials) Mr Matthew promosed he would give a written explanation rightaway by email, but did not do so.
�?�Shri Havewala was kind enough to mention in his email dated[protected] that he was informed that they would sent the refund cheque by 24th November 2007.
�?�Till date[protected], I have not received my refund cheque.
I would appreciate if I am explained problems faced each day for non-delivery and also why it takes so many working days to refund a cheque wrongly deposited
I hope better counsel would prevail on your officials .and also I am not required to further follow-up in this regard

Refrigerator — Complaint not being understood by the representatives
This is in reference to my complaint no 5P[protected] lodged on 03.07.08 .I think there is serious problem in understanding the complaint of the customer.There has been reduced cooling in the refrgerator, the light of the refrigerator is also not working and finally the shelves like vegetable top and bottle holders needs to be replaced.So many complaints for a fridge which is just 3 years old!I have been repeatedly telling your service area head about the problem an the only response that I get is 'the trays will be replaced only when the same is in the stock and nobody mentioned to us about the cooling problem'.If the are service head mMr Vashisht, the service agency head Mr Rishi in Ghaziabad cant comprehend the problem, then pls let me know which language they would like to understand? Legal for sure!!!
Last year we got the heater replaced twice.Is your product so pathetic.Last year the maintainece cost of the fridge was Rs 8000/
This year whenever the complaint will be attended I dont know what astronomical figure bill you may raise.
If I have to spend so much ad live thru the misery of your custome service, I would rather by Samsung or LG
I will make sure that nobody that I know of purchases Electrolux products.

I conform the receipt of the mail with their representative Mr. Jayesh.
Now, while making a call to them they are saying company will take 25days time for study, looking to this critical situation I compelled to purchase another refrigerator which I selected SAMSUNG instead of LG. Because Service wise LG is very POOR, they do not believe in customer satisfaction.
Finally, I want such a help regarding existing burnt freeze.

Sir, I have purchased one Kelvinator fridge from Authorised dealer of Kelvinator. Just in purchase of one year 01 mont the fridge is dead. Now they are asking all sort of charges as visiting charge, Gas filling charge, servicing charge etc. Actually it is due to fault of foulty compressor which is already under warranty of 04 years but to repair copmressor as gas charging is required so it is charged on consumer. The total bill is about 1800/- almost 1/4 of actual cost of fridge. pls help me out

The refrigerator longevity depends on the consumer himself. Generally the refrigerator should be brought seeing the company presence in the market. This does not mean that the company from which we shall buy the appliance should be at the top. It is advisable to buy a refrigerator by referring to one's own relatives or friends so they can give a good suggestion on the buying of the product. However one can give a complaint on the consumers forum to see into the matter.

my refrigerator has developed a leak in the pouch behind the veg. tray, it is leaking and the water is dripping to the floor. I put the complaint on 21-10-08 after so many phone calls from our side a technichian came on 27th, he sqeezed out the water put some glue and stuck some aluminium foil and went away. soonafter that it started leaking when i called the man he asked me put some quick fix on it, but it wont fix on a wet surface. please help. last december the topshelf cracked full width and the ice keeping tray also cracked. Refrigerator — Door to be replaced wince November 5, 2008
I, Mr. Manish D. Khot, purchased a frdige (Videocon - 230L) from M/s. Snehanjali Electronics, Andheri (W) on October 25, 2008 for Rs. 9, 390/-. The amount was paid vide Cheque no. 528312 drawn on IDBI Bank, Chembur Branch. The cheque was cleared on October 30, 2008. The date of delivery was confirmed as November 02, 2008 to my Belapur residence address as we were supposed to shift belapur by that date. However the delivery was delayed by 3 days & it was delivered on November 5, 2008. Before delivery, Mr. Vishal or Mr. Vikas (i have forgotten the name) of M/s. Snehanjali, informed us that the doors are dented & he will arrange to change the same in a week's time. After that two engineers have visited in the month of December 2008 & have confirmed that the dent is genuine & the door needs to be replaced. I am following regularly with Mr. Apte from Videocon. He always keep on saying that there is no vehicle to deliver or the door will be changed in a couple of days. Till date the issue remains unsolved.Request you to please help me in the matter.

Dear SirI want to draw your kind attention towards material which is used by you in your refrigerator. The material is of low quality. In your refrigerator the space which you have given for placing water bottles is not good. Poor product, poor company, poor service and irresponsible customer care and very poor companies local agents.I made a lot of complaints but there is no action from your side. Dear sir/mam,I like to share the bad experience i had with whirlpool service. I have purchased a 230 liter refrigerator from a dealer name BBN ENTERPRISES electronic mkt jain nagar main road abohar. 2 months back . Since the beginning is giving lot of problems, like the ice door is not getting looked because of this not getting cooling properly I immediately complaint this in your customer care dept, the engineer visited once but he was not able to solve the problem & said he will visit the next day again . Since he never visited i again called up ur customer services but no one visited. Till now my problem has not been solved and still your product is giving lot of problem. Look into this matter at the earliest and solve this issue as early as possible.Its only a 2 months old and giving lot of problem..Waiting for your confirmation on the same.

I have a fridge. Few days before it's condenser has changed by Electrolux. I have paid for that 5000rs my fridge is 10year old. After changing the main part new problem has started which was water leakage after calling so many times your people came but they were not able to rectify the problem. So please send somebody who can see the problem. Take immediate action Some of the problem can be attributed to lack of proper installation of the fridge or even more simple a hardened door seal which makes air leak out.

Woww..Never expected from CROMA. We are disheartened to see how Store Managers of Croma treats their loyal and regular customers. Unfortunately today we had a worst time at any shopping centre till date.

Well our complain here is the way Store manager of Mulund Mr. Shrinath Shrinivas Karmaran treated us in the store.
We just said that we will lodge complain to HO that we still haven’t received the free gift. Store manager replied rudely that do whatever you want and don’t give me any warning. He asked Security to throw us out of the store if we don’t leave the store in 5 minutes. Even other employees of that store were shocked to see such a reaction of store manager. Finally he said do whatever you want I don’t even give a and we will not get our free gift.
We really never expected from CROMA’s manager. Now it’s a big question before us that should we continue our shopping from CROMA Mulund in future??
When I Panasonic refrigerator in the month of October 2011 from Croma Mulund, I was told by the section manager that I will get Killer Kit free (it’s written on my bill) with this product and still I haven’t got it. I am suffering from bad customer services of Samsung refrigerator from Last Month.
I have purchased Samsung Fridge Model No.RT44 from Amar Electronics ,Mohali dated 21st july,05 .My complaint number is : [protected]
Its not working from last few months.I have several times lodged complaint against it but the same representative visits my place.The fridge works for few days after repair and goes dead thereafter.I have asked the company to send senior representative to visit my place but they again send the same representative and he repairs temporarily the refrigerator and it works for few days and thereafter goes bad.
I only want that the actual defect being spotted immediately and it must be through some senior engineer.

Frost Care Not Working

I am having Godrej single door Refrigerator since 2004 and the same is under AMC.
One of the visiting Techicion recommended for Frost Care to avoid the excessive ice in the Freezer. The same was supplied vide bill no.03/233 dated 21/08/2010 of M/S Penguin Services, one of the service ptovider of Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co Ltd.
The Frost Care is not working as assured/promised at the time of installation. Repeated complaints could not evoke any positive respnse.
The complaints lodged over the Toll Free number are either not attended or unilaterally closed.
Few complaints numbers are 212753,210309 and 195861. The matter stand discussed with Sh Sharma of Prompt and Mr Pardeep Arora/Mr Aggarwal of Penguin Services.
Now I am given to understand that the area falls under the jurisdiction of Prompt services, another service provider of Godrej, as such Penguin will not attend to the complaints.

I purchased a LG refrigerator from a shop on 22-may-2010.The refrigerator that was kept for display in the shop was having a dent on its door and one of the utility boxes of the refrigerator was faulty. So I asked the shop owner to deliver me the fresh one and not the one that was kept for display. I was told that I will be delivered the fresh –one from there godown. I made the full payment. They also asked me to pay Rs.150 as delivery charge after the refrigerator is delivered to my address. I got the delivery of refrigerator on the same day around 4 p.m. But the refrigerator that was delivered was the same that was kept for the display in the shop and when I object it to the delivery-man he kept insisting that the product is fresh as he himself got it out from the godown.
After an hour I went back to the shop and found that the refrigerator that was kept in the display was not there. I objected to the shop owner about being delivered a faulty refrigerator and specially the same one that I asked not to be delivered. I was promised that I would be delivered a fresh refrigerator by tomorrow (on May 23rd) as there is no stock available. I didn’t get the refrigerator on Sunday and when I called them I was told that delivery will be made on Monday and again on Monday they promised to deliver it on Tuesday. Now I have every reason to believe that they are making me fool and they don’t have any intension of replacing the faulty refrigerator.
Now the shop owner has lost my trust completely and all I want that he return the whole payment that was made by me and take-back the refrigerator.

I purchased a Godrej refrigerator from Electronics Plaza, Main Road Kalka Ji New Delhi on[protected].I asked the shop owner to deliver me the fresh one and not the one that was kept for display. I was told that I will be delivered the fresh –one from there godown. I made the full payment. They also asked me to pay Rs.120 as delivery charge after the refrigerator is delivered to my address. I got the delivery of refrigerator on the same day around 4 p.m in my absence. But the refrigerator that was delivered demaged fridge the delivery-man insist us not to start the fridge for at least 30 min and product is fresh as he himself got it out from the godown.
Next Day i noticed it has a sharp dent on back side bootom of th fridge which was covered by a sticker. also the lower back was totally bend. When I went back to the shop and found that the refrigerator that was kept in the display was not there. I objected to the shop owner about being delivered a faulty refrigerator he replied has send the fresh from his Godown and if still we have some issue he will replace once he has stock, simultaneously he has registered a complaint with Godrej Company. He was continue to give assurance he will replace once he have the stock. Next Day service engineer from Godrej visted and took copy of the bill along with the photographs of the demaged portion and give assurance it was dealer fault and he will forward the complaint to higher level for replacment.After contineous followup with Dealer and Godrej Company i received a call they don't have the stock for same model and availbilty is uncertain and i can opt for some other model for which i have to Pay the differece ammount. When i refused to for the different model and after a contineous follow up i have been told i can seek for refund of bill ammount only excluding Freigh charges. I've never recevide a call from Godrej company every time i've to follow up them for the status. Lastly after contineous follow up i've been told they will lift the appliance from my home and it will take 3-5 day when i can expect for refund ammount.Finally they have lifted the appliance but still i am waiting for the refund ammount. Defective refrigerator sale by LG

Its very sad to say about LG. LG is selling substandard product I in Indian market.
I had purchased 185 Liter Refrigerator in 31st October 2009. But after used it is observed on April 15 th 2010 it cooling system not working properly.
I had register complaint on 16 th April 2010 Complaint no. is C[protected]. LG's service engineer visited on 19 th April 2010 at 06:30 PM At our address.
He found cooling pipe of refrigerator was leaked. Then he told he will replaced the part on 20 th April 2010.
I think this is temporary solution by LG. It seems LG doesn't have quality control checks at there works.

Refrigerator — Refrigerator's Freezer not working properly
We purchased Godrej Edge model on 18/06/2008. The day we bought it, we checked the freezer and found that the door of the freezer is not closing properly. After one or two days, when the ice started forming inside the freezer, we found that anything that we kept in the freezer starts melting and that was due to its door not closing properly. We made several complaints to the customer care centre. But all in vain, Godrej sent its engineers to our residence, but everytime they checked they said..."its normal madam, now a days the freezer is coming in this style only". Somebody please tell them that we are not aliens, neither we are living in isolation..who donot know anything about what is happening in the outer world. Then after making several more complaints, another engineer came and fitted a new or old door (god knows what it was) to the freezer. But that too stayed upto its quality and the problem continued. Anything we kept in the freezer started melting. The enginner did one more "UPKAAR" to us. He fixed the door to the freezer in the way that now the whole freezer seems not to be in its place. Whenever we de frost the refrigerator, the melted ice started flowing inside the refrigerator and whole of the things whether it is vegetables or milk or anything gets drenched with the melted ice. God knows what type of services they are providing. Now, yesterday another engineer came and again he put the door of another model of godrej's refrigerator and said that madam that has been specially arranged for you. Seriously, we are not satisfied by the services of Godrej. Would never buy any of Godrej's product and suggest everybody not to buy the same.Refrigerator — Freezer problem
Dear Sir / Madam,We Purchased a Godrej Refrigerator just before a month.
After 20 days the freezer started doing problem. So, we called the customer care[protected] and registered a complaint (Ref : 244203) on 18.04.09. After 3 days the service people came and took the refrigerator from our home. Still, we haven’t yet received our product even after 20 days.
After repeated calls, there has been no progress. The service in charge tells that the problem has not yet been rectified.
We are really disappointed with your service and if the problem continues we won’t think about GODREJ.
If your service people can’t rectify the problem, replace with the new one at the earliest.
Instead of calling your customer care, if we had gone to the local service engineer we may have received our product earlier atleast.
So, contact 91-[protected] (PIO) and let me know the steps you’ve taken and when the problem will will be rectified.

Refrigerator — complaint no 978763
the complaint no 978763 which was lodged on[protected] for want of replacement of compressoris still not attended till today,can you imagine in such a terrible temperature how we people are forced to bear the heat for which we are facing lot of problem,like storage of vegetables,milk,cooked food,cold water, cool drink,etc... etc... and cannot serve the guest with cold water when he visits the house. we have five children in the house,
IS IT HOW YOU GIVE SERVICE TO THE PEOPLE,YOU KNOW YOU HAVE SOLD IT ONCE,AND FOR WARRANTY REPLACEMENT I CANNOT GO TO ANY ONE ELSE,YOU ARE FORCEFULLY BLACKMAILING US,WHY WE SHOULD NOT GO TO CONSUMER COURT AND LET THIS COMPLAINT BE SHOWN TO MEDIA. AT GULBARGA YOU HAVE SERVICE CENTRE AND WADI IS HARDLY 37 KM FROM GULBARGA.CAN I GET MY REFRIGERATOR REPAIRED WITHIN 24 HRS FROM NOW OR ELSE I WILL BE TAKING FURTHER STEPS WITH THE HELP OF OUR CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.

repairs not satisfactory

Our refrigerator model RT23M was not giving cooling effect. M/s Liberty services, Andheri, Mumbai who were contacted after getting tel. no. from your site, came to repair the referigerator on 17.6.2009. They told that COMPRESSOR is required to be replaced. So they charged Rs.4000/- and replaced it and took away old COMPRESSOR. The problem still persited. On their visit on 27.6.09, pointed out that timer requires repacement and was replaced on charges of Rs.1200/-. After a month the same problem arose. He visited and said it requirs to spend another amount of Rs. 1200/-. So what is the cost of repair ? Was it necessary to change compressor and charge Rs. 4000/- in the first place, when problem was other than compressor. Please do something needful so that we can enjoy your product.

I regret to inform you that the above freeze is repeatedly malfunctioning since last 6 months. The repeated visit of your local service personnel have failed to rectify the fault. We have also lodge complain with Mr. Pradhan, the incharge of Rourkela servicing centre with no result. We were told by your service personnel that parts are not available.
This has laid to wastage of food and another perishables time and again. As well as it has given enough tension to us.

Gas leakage
On 11.3.2007, I bought a refrigerator of your Company from NOIDA with extended warranty up to 2013.
2. Since the refrigerator was not working properly, I made a complaint which was got repaired by your Company Engineer for gas leak on 19.8.2008.
2. In August, 2009 again the refrigerator was not working properly and I made a complaint and your engineer informed that the gas has leaked and it was refilled.
3. After 15 days the refrigerator was not cooling properly and I made a complaint and it was again detected that the gas has leaked and it was again refilled.
4. After 15 days the refrigerator was not working properly and I made a complaint again and it was again detected that the gas has leaked again. This time I talked to Mr. S.K. Singh (phone No. [protected]) of your Company and informed him about the problem and requested him to look into the matter because this was the fourth time in two years and third time in two months that the gas has leaked. I was also finding it difficult, since we are working couple and we could be available only after 6.30 P.M. in the evening and your engineer who fills the gas was not able to come at that time. Mr. Singh directed the Engineer to attend to the problem and to lift the refrigerator and repair it. They provided a service unit also. It was picked from my house No. A-119, Sector-15, NOIDA on 30th September, 2009. The engineer had promised that it will be delivered back in two three days but after one week since there was no information, I rang up Mr. S.K. Singh again on 6.10.2009. After that I was informed that the problem is fixed and the refrigerator will be delivered back on 7.10.2009. Though the refrigerator was delivered on 7.10.2009, it was all damaged about which I had informed Mr. S.K. Singh and he promised me that it will be got repaired. An Engineer from your Company came and took the photographs of the refrigerator and he told me that somebody from the Company will call. After that I kept on waiting and nothing was done. I received a call about three four days back to know about the refrigerator and I informed him about the damage and again no action has been taken.
5. Now after 15 days of repair, I found today morning that the refrigerator is not working properly and the ice in the refrigerator has melted. I have again made a complain (Complaint No. GB[protected]) and waiting for the reply.
6. I would like to bring to your notice that this is the fifth time in three years and fourth time in three months that the refrigerator is not working properly and the refrigerator has already been damaged by your Company people about which I have informed Mr. S.K. Singh and your Engineer who took the photographs of the damage. I tried to ring at the Gurgaon office on phone No.[protected] today morning. They put me on hold and no body attends the call.

Status of Loan
Dear Sir / Madam,
My Self Munaf Shaikh, I have applied for Consumer Loan at Bajaj Finance, Baroda on 23/09/2009 from CROMA Electronics Market but still loan has not approved. Yet I have contact to your offical for the status of applied loan of Rs.15200 for Refrigerator Dealer Code : 4095 and he has conformed me that due to past load bounced of Bajaj Finance your loan was not sension.
But I have my HDFC bank Account Proof that none of my Check or ECS was bounced for Bajaj Finance previous loan (for Onida Color TV) please see the ECS tranjection for Bajaj Finance.
