[Resolved]  Refrigerator — Cooling problem

my refrigerator is 2 years old.. sometime freezer is not working. there are three bulbs in freeze...every time one of the bulb is fuse... and i facing this problem from day one... please advice me what to do...as far as complaint centre they dont response... when ever i make call they say that they are sending an engineer, but i am afraid to say this, that he never reaches my home...

Refrigerator — damaged body parts

my refrigerator has developed a leak in the pouch behind the veg. tray, it is leaking and the water is dripping to the floor. I put the complaint on 21-10-08 after so many phone calls from our side a technichian came on 27th, he sqeezed out the water put some glue and stuck some aluminium foil and went away. soonafter that it started leaking when i called the man he asked me put some quick fix on it, but it wont fix on a wet surface. please help. last december the topshelf cracked full width and the ice keeping tray also cracked. I put the complaint ondec.07. the complaint no.is [protected]. but to this day i didnt get replacements. I hope the samsung will help me.please cnsider this house wifes plea.

Refrigerator — Door to be replaced wince November 5, 2008

I, Mr. Manish D. Khot, purchased a frdige (Videocon - 230L) from M/s. Snehanjali Electronics, Andheri (W) on October 25, 2008 for Rs. 9, 390/-. The amount was paid vide Cheque no. 528312 drawn on IDBI Bank, Chembur Branch. The cheque was cleared on October 30, 2008. The date of delivery was confirmed as November 02, 2008 to my Belapur residence address as we were supposed to shift belapur by that date. However the delivery was delayed by 3 days & it was delivered on November 5, 2008. Before delivery, Mr. Vishal or Mr. Vikas (i have forgotten the name) of M/s. Snehanjali, informed us that the doors are dented & he will arrange to change the same in a week's time. After that two engineers have visited in the month of December 2008 & have confirmed that the dent is genuine & the door needs to be replaced. I am following regularly with Mr. Apte from Videocon. He always keep on saying that there is no vehicle to deliver or the door will be changed in a couple of days. Till date the issue remains unsolved.

Request you to please help me in the matter.

Refrigerator — low quality material used

Dear Sir
I want to draw your kind attention towards material which is used by you in your refrigerator. The material is of low quality. In your refrigerator the space which you have given for placing water bottles is not good. When we place water bottles two or three in that space and open the door of refrigerator that water bottles along with your tray falls down. this has been happened many a times.I m quite dissatisfied with your product.Kindly solve this issue

My Fridge has a cooling problem. I have made complaint in local office of Godrej i.e of poona, but every year that guy comes & says that fridge has a gas likage problem so it doesnt cools properly. But please let me know that how can this problem arise frequently evrey year? I am facing this problem from almost last 3 years. For your conveniance here are some details:-
Model Name : Godej pantacool Double door.
Purchased Date : 15, November 2004.
First Complaint : April 2006.
Second Complaint :March - April 2007 Complaint No:915280
Third Complaint :March - April 2008 Complaint No:957645
Fourth Complaint :March - April 2009 Complaint No:905643.
We are facing a lot of frustration due to this problem. Finally we have came to final conclusion that we should never opt for any godrej product.
So i wanted to know whether ther is any solution on this problem.

Refrigerator — bottom compartment not cooling

I am from Trivandrum and loadged a compliant two weeks ago and repeated the same for three times.
L1830, regarding the non working of lower cabin. but nobody has made a contact yet. the refrigerator i bought was 1.5 years ago. this is pathetic and criminal. all the food items is being spoiled. please take necessary action.

Complaint was given at Godrej customer care the no.mentioned above.Sujana enterprises was suggested as it is nearer to my area Kukatpally,many a times requesting calls were made asking them to send mechanic,and also our power cut timmings and also door lock timming were also intimated and request was made while reaching home back to send the mechanic,as the urgency for repair was more it being summer.NOBODY SENT A MECHANIC BUT STARTED PLAYING WITH US BY GIVING CELL NOS.WHO DONT SERVE OUR AREA.I trust Godrej mechanics as the spare parts replaced will be geniuine.I gave a complaint on tuesday afternoon at 11.30 am,requested &expected the mechanicn between1pm-5pm.after quarrelling with everyone I am writing this letter to you.Expect the needful will be done atleast by you.

I purchased refrigerator of Samsung (double door, model RT-26 silver, Sr. Number 01124ZAY601109y) on 18/03/2006. Now their is a problem in the refrigerator and I complain to service center on 27.03.2010 with the complaint no. [protected]. The service engineer checks the same and told that there is a problem in compressor and he will be back after getting the part which is to be replaced. But after the several complaints to the Samsung customer care, the engineer did not come and also they not even proper answering the call or sometime not picking up the phone.

In this summer season, it very difficult to survive a single day without refrigerator. I request you to take necessary action in this regards as soon as possible.

i purchased a refrigerater from HIMANI electronics abu road. on April-2010 .when i was show the fridge at home his de frost try was the compliet damage. i complained to HIMANI electronics abu road. repeatedly but till date no respnse has been shown by them.i am very frustrated to see this type o[censored]nexpected treatment .what should i do now..... i dont know

I have launched complaint several times but seems no one taking it seriously.No one even taking the responsibility to even call or bothered about it. Even the call has been escalated twice to senior person but no resolution so far. Its truly a hassle and lot of inconvenience and seems a loop hole in your case resolution/close strategy.
Please take care of it. Living too without a fridge is like a hell and that too when a lot of guest comes to your home.

water comes out of refrigerator,it got rust problem and it is very noisy, within two year it got rust problem when i bought it i thought it was the best brand but i was wrong, i lost my hard earned money. your mechanic was not good he charged us but did nothing, now i had to buy dishwasher and tv but i will never think about samsung.

Refrigerator — not coming to attend the complaint

Last 8 months i had given compla for my Refrigerator but still not a single technicine comming to my res.several time i had talk to jajpur (orissa) branch service center but always they told ,will come.this story running last eight months.jajpur town service center no-[protected].plz help in this issue.

Our establishment has purchased godrej refrigerator 250 Ltr Model No. G D I 260P Srl No. 0011567 on 13.04.06 from electro refrigeration engineers 394,shopping centre, kota -324007. The above mentioned refrigerator has developed cooling problem and making unwanted sound during running condition. Main door of refrigerator has been cracked in center,freezer door and door handle are break .My father's madicines and insulins vaills are kept in cool place. He is a heart & daibitic patient.

I approached about mentioned dealer for rectifying the same but dealer declined to repolace/ repair. We are disheartened regarding services provided by your dealer’s / company and if this problem remains, we have to look for other companies in future.

It is requested to instruct your dealer to replace above mentioned refrigerator at the earliest.

Now paint is going from external side and I have launched a complaint.

But there is no further action.
