I, E. Rajesh an resident of D.No : 9-8-440/A/9/1, Chota Bazar, Golconda Fort, Hyderabad – 500 008, has applied for my daughters passport on 26th August, 2010. Later police verification has been completed (Police has given CLEAR report for both my daughters application ie., (1) Rekha Elavanatt, File No : HYDI00275010, dated 26th Aug 2010 12:22:05 PM. (2) Rakhi Elavanatt, File No : HYDI00275110, dated 26th Aug 2010 12:42:16 PM. After completing 5 months of submission of passport and 3 months of police verification report, we has not yet received the passport.

Several time I approached the concern authorities and they use to give me information that you will get within one month or 15 days. Still I finds online status as pending.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and help us to receive the passport at the earliest. Hopes all the best from your end.
