I have apply my passport on 9 may 2022 on 18th may both my police verification and cid verification have been done. Still no update of status have been made in status portal of passport, still no update when I will get my passport. I need to travel on 11 June 2022 but I am helpless due to no update in passport website. When our system will be fast? As per govt guidelines, passport will be delivered within 30 days from the date of applied. So I request you to deliver my passport before 9june 2022. My file no is JM[protected].

Dear Sir, We have already tried to get in contact with RPO Delhi via Email as we are currently residing in UAE. Please suggest the appropriate course of action that we can take. My PVR was already done when my old passport was issued. Details are : - B5133263 Date of issue : 02/07/2001 Place : Delhi. My permanent address and other details are same in my New passport. Details of new passport are :- J-7483312 Date of issue :- 23/05/2011, Place:- Delhi. Would it be helpful in case we get in contact with Indian consulate in UAE, or we have to personally go to RPO as we have not received any reply from RPO Delhi till now. i applied PCC through CGI, Dubai through BLS and when i contacted CGI they told me still waiting reply from RPO. i have submitted the complete documents required, then they send back complaining about correct id and address proof then i submit them bank passbook and statement for which they said ok, then ask for marriage certificate which i got delayed due to elections and now i submitted even the marriage certificate. after all now they are creating problem regarding Id and bank statement.. its been a month and cannot understand why they are accepting first creating problem later..

I have applied for the passport and my appointment has been taken as on 11th of FEBRUARY 2013 and my all the documents has been verified at RPO office at same date and i have submitted Rs1500/- for passport fees.

After that again verification at home has been passed. Then after 2 months RPO replied that my Date of birth document is not correct.

When i visited today(30th-may-2013) at RPO then they told me that your date of birth certificate issued on 2012 and they demand for old DATE OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

After that i replied to representative of RPO that i have submitted my OLD DATE OF BIRTH at my school and this one is my approved DOB certificate by MCD and they deny my certificate and if it is not corrected document why the RPO taken the fees from me at the time of appointment.

kindly take the fast action under this matter and reply me as early as possible.

I am VIRENDER SINGH from kaithal distt. My passport file no. is CH[protected]. I
have visited in passport office of AMBALA regarding to passport file verification. After
the complited verification procedure of the department . They forward this file to
RESINOL PASSPORT OFFICE CHANDIGARH for further inquiry after that when i
contact to RPO chandigarh. They told me that my passport file in internal under
processing and after that they despached as soon but after complision of fifteen days
they are not given me any information regarding this. So please take sutable action and
dispache my passport as soon as possible.

Sir, I am from Visakhapatnam and This is bring to your kind notice. That the slots for online booking are unavailable at the same moment as they open itself. I had been trying for the last 10-15 days. At 1700 hrs itself, which the slot booking time opens it says to try for the next day. Even on an irctc site with lot of people logging in we can get a tatKal ticket but not a booking slot. With few hundreds logging in.

As i am private employee i do not have the privilege of going to PSK and applying it there nor i am above 60 yrs of age. I have the only option of applying it online. So i pleases request you to look into this matter for not availability of online booking slots at the same moment as they open at 1701hrs itself

Since our son is staying abroad, the passpoer is utmost necessary to visit that country.

It is with immense agony that I am lodging this complaint against the Passport office, Cochin. For renewing my passport, [E3429333], at Regional Passport office Cochin, I got an appointment on April 17th [Through Passport Seva Kendra]. Till this date there is no information regarding the status of the passport. When I checked the online status after couple of weeks, it said “Police verification pending”. But I went in person to police station and they confirmed that they haven’t received the file. So on June 1st, I again went to RPO Cochin, and they said that file might have been lost somewhere!!!! & they will forward it again. But I’s been 2 weeks post that and still I don’t know what is happening with my passport.

Now am not sure whom to contact and where to look !!!! Hence I thought of lodging a complaint directly with the hope that I might get a resolution. My file number is : File No. CO[protected]

We have applied passport application on[protected] and file reference number is "BPL-W[protected]". Currently passport application status is "Your Personal Particulars Forms/relevant papers have been sent to the Superintendent of Police for verification/re-verification on. Please contact the concerned Police officer and get the police report expedited. A passport will be issued within 10 days of receipt of clear police report.
Detailed objection letter has been dispatched to you by post.". Previously It was "Police Report is clear and the passport is expected to be dispatched by[protected]. Subject to all documents being in order." and it is showing probable dispatched date 16th Jan 2012. But still there is 2 month over and passport is not being dispatched. We have followed up for so many times but neither receive any feedback from concerned departments nor detailed objection letter. Any help in this regards would be greatly appreciated

my name is anupam deb. i had applied for passport in the year 2010. my home town is agartala (tripura). during that time i was studing at amritsar. so after i finished my police verification at agartala, the regional passport office has sent the application to the kolkata office, and from there my varification should come at amritsar, where i was studing. but till date no such verification came to amritsar. i have gone several times to the community police resource cell (CPRC) for checking wheathr my police varification came or not. but uptill now there is no such verification and no such record is there. i am waiting for my passport for last 2 years and now i 'll be needing these as i want to go abroad for my studies.

Respected Sir,
I Sahnaz Akhtar, son of Jamsed Ali, am trying to apply for a fresh passport via the tatkaal scheme at RPO,Kolkata. When i inquired the documents required i was told that verification certificate is a must inspite of there being an option of applying without one. Then after i managed to get a verification certificate and all the required documents while applying i was told that i need a voter id and it is compulsury as a proof of address for tatkal applications. But when i asked him where it is written that it is compulsory he paid no heed and kept shouting at me. I said i dont vote so i dont have a voters id but he said that its compulsury. I am in a huge fix as i need to register myself for the International CFA(USA) and a passport is required for the registration.
Please pay heed and do the needful my careers and that of many others can be saved if the process of application and required documents be mentioned clearly.

I am HARSHITHA PRATHAP, i have applied for my passport 7months ago on[protected], and I haven't received my passport yet. My passport file no - HYD-A[protected]. Whenever I enquired about the status of my passport I was getting the same message that police report has not been received. As I enquired in police station I got the information that report has been sent within 15 days of applying. I have completed my Btech, as I need to apply for my gre exam. As u know that passport is compulsory for gre exam. So please let me know the date of my passport dispatch.i have informed adout this to regional passport officer(rpo.[protected]@mea.gov.in). I have applied for passport (now 6 months old) on Feb 2nd 2011 in New Regional passport office (Bengal Chemicals Bhavan Worli) and there was 2 police inquiry as i was shifted to new place. First Police inquiry has been done on Feb 7th 2011 & Second Poilce inquiry was done on May 3rd 2011 however i didn't recieve any updates on this till date. Same problem which maximum of folks facing, I have applied for the passport on December 2010 and cleared the policy inquiry and in the online status it is showing the 'It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time ' and there is no update from last 3 months. Support person gets every day around 2 lakhs mail for the passport enquirystatus. The support person is employed by third party. The support person deletes all the mail and he keeps only 5-10 mails . Passport office does not have any information regarding this. I am just pointing you to take care the email services. Actually helpdesk email id is not required at all because anyway no one is going to reply that mail.
Why GOVT is wasting money on the support person ? All the contract between GOVT and third party should be monitored .

[protected]@passportindia.gov.in does not reply to any mail. Why GOVT. is wasting money on employee who takes care of replying email

I want to file a case against RPO, Bangalore. Please let me know the procedure to file case against Reigional Passport Office. My passport is pending for last 6 months .
Status of the passport in www.passportindia.gov.in is creating a panic for me.
Who sets the status of passport in www.passportindia.gov.in ? Looks like the person does not check the file before displaying the status.

This is to inform you that i have submitted my Passport application on Tatkal basis at Regional Passport office , Hyderabad on 13 th May , while submitting i was given the date 20th May as the date of dispatch . As per the Time lines mentioned on the application it's only a week time for the Tatkal passport. Even i have completed the police enquiry and submitted the Police verification letter also along with the application . But till date not received the passport and not even about the status of the passport either through online or through the message or a letter.
Status is not at all updated on the online service till today , when i sent message i gives apely that under process. Wht kind of louzy service this , because of this i lost the chance to visit Bangkok trip which was achieved in my company . Requesting your speedy action in this. As i am living in kadavakuduru , prakasam dt it's not easy to travel every day and get the status from RPO office at Hyderabad.

My name is Sriraj.I had applied for passport since july 2010.yet I did'nt received my passport.I got my residental enquiry within a month.He is police constable(enquiry officer regarding passport) from Tenali,Guntur district.I am resident of Narakodur of Chebrole mandal in Guntur District.He came and said i didint filled the forms correctly and said he will close my application and also it will take 7 months time to get closed.As I have to get to my exam GRE i need passport immediately so I asked him if there are chances to get my passport and for this reason he asked me Rs.2000. After i gave that amount he said me to come to a shop which is opposite to Tenali Railway station.It's a cool drink and xerox shop.One man will stand out of the shop and take care outside.This Officer runs business inside.He took my thumbprints and signatures illegally.For this I had paid Rs.2000. I know i did wrong but I have no other options.I need my passport immediately as i have to attend my exam as soon as possible.But till now I did'nt got my passport and this officer tries ti ignore me all the time whenever i called him.Please help me and take action on that officer.I am also ready to get surrender for the encouragement of bribe.

I have submitted the passport application form on 12th March 2011. When Police verification guys came my home, I was not in my home. I had gone out for some urgent work. Since then, I have been available at home 24/7 waiting for them everyday but those guys has not turned up yet. I don't have any idea when will they come again. I have so many other important works to do. Its very painful to stick to home months together. I have entered my contact numbers also on the application form. It will be convenient if they make a call before coming.

So,what is the best possible way to get my passport quickly please suggest me. I urgently require my passport.
