Dear sir/Madam,

I have applied for the passport in 12/04/2011 And Police
verification is completed within a month, and I have been waiting for my
passport, the status remains same, no change from past months, what is the reason for not sending passport?, and no proper status
update online.. Request the concerned authorities to send me passport as soon as possible.
