[Resolved]  Regional Passport Office Hyderabad — Unable to submit passport application

Dear Sir,
I have appiled for replacement of damaged passport online (Application number - HYDI[protected] at the regional passport office Hyderabad gave me an appointment for 15th October at 11:00 AM. However, when I reached the office well within the appointment date and time, I was not allowed to enter the passport office.
People with appointments after 11:00 AM were given token before me. I was told to come and stand in the qeue at 4:00 AM in the morning to submit my passport application.
There is only one line for tatkal and online application forms.
The passport office does not stick to the appointment, given by the office to the applicants.
There are agents who can get an applicant inside the passport office for Rs. 800 - Rs.1500
None of the e-seva centres in Hyderabad are accepting the application for replacement of damaged passport.
This basically means that I can not sumit my passport application.
