Dear Sir / Madam, This is to bring to your notice that I had applied for a fresh Passport on oct 2006.My Passport File no. is CALH00107507, Group No. is H. I submitted everything before one an half year ago during the submission of PASSPORT FORM & in return after 1 year get a letter from Indian Passport, Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India, Kolkata, that i have to submit P.P. FORMS ALONG WITH PHOTOGRAPHS for reverification and that i also submitted on 6th Nov.2007 and even I didn't received any PASSPORT or any notice from you. So I would request you to please look into this matter for which I will remain thankful to you.And i request you to post me the information as soon as possible.
