Respected Sir, I undersined Mr. Gajanan V. Panchal. PF A/c No. MH/167/009612 (this has been closed down on May. 2004, due to VRS) residing at 106, Anand Dham, Suryanagar, Vitawa, Thane-Belapur Road,Thane 400605 has Withdrawn the 90% of balance amount from my said P.F Account for the purchase of the said flat on 20th December, 1999 for that purpose. I had submitted all the required document to you which also consist of my origional copies of Housing Agreement and related documents. Now,the above mentioned procedure is over and I am facing some dificulties regarding the payment of Tax for the said flat without those origional documents submitted to you. Hence, I request you to return all the origional copies pf my Housing Agreement and related documents to me. I am ready to give all the xerox copies of those documents instead of the origional copies. Plese, kindly consider my application anddo the needful as early as possible. thanking you, Gajanan v.
