DEAR SIR,

I HAVE CLAIMED FOR WITHRAW OF MY PF FROM MY EMPLOYER M/S TOYO ENGINEERING INDIA LIMITED, MUMBAI AND THEY HAVE FORWARDED THE FORM 10C TO THE RPF OFFICE BANDRA, MUMBAI ON 25/9/2000. BUT TILL DATE THE PF IS NOT CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT.

THE DETAILS ARE AS UNDER,

1] PF NO: 2000/69261

2] RPF MUMBAI BRANCH NO: BAN/19504/001792


YOU ARE REQUESTED TO LOOK IN TO THE MATTER FOR CREDITING OF MY PF INCLUDINING INTREST AND ALL BENIFICIES AS ON TODAY WITH IN 45DAYS FAILING WHICH NO OPTION RATHER THAN GO TO CONSUMER COURT FOR JUSTICE.

THE COPY OF LETTER REGARDING FORM I0C SUBMITTED TO RPF OFFICE, BANDRA, MUMBAI BY OUR EMPLOYER AND RECEIVED RECEIPT ARE ATTACHED HERE WITH.

Sir,
I would like to inform you that i was working with M/S gulf oil corporation and left my services, i had received only half amount of PF and the remaing amount has gone in Pension scheme, but till date i had not recieved either pension or pension certificates, please look in to the matter my PF A/C no, MH/39634/856. Written letters sevral times but no response from PF office.
Request you to please do the needful.

Dear sir,
My PF A/c.NO.MH/23738/0125. I WAS WORKING WITH RJ Associates(engineers)pvt ltd.mumbai my account no.is stated above. i left the companey on15/10/.92. and i am trying to transfer my account to my present empolyement account no. we have send many letters and reminders to u, still no action has been taken so far.i am requesting u to transfer my pf account at the earlest.
your kind action for the above said subject is anticipetaed
