I ADVERTISE IN RELEASE MY AD FOR THE MAGAZINE OF RAJASTHAN PATRIKA ALWAR VIDE THEIR ID NO. 1050704. PAID AMOUNT OF RS. 1713 TO THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ON 06 DEC 12. THE DATE OF ADVERTISEMENT WAS 08 & 09 DEC 12. TILL DATE, NEITHER MY AD HAS BEEN RELEASED NOR THEY REFUNDED THE AMOUNT. HOPE A RESOLUTION FROM YOUR SITE TO AVOID FRAUDULENT CASE AGAINST AMIT SHARMA. I HAVE MOBILE NO.OF THIS PERSON TO LODGE A FIR.

Sir we do not have anyone named Amit Sharma in our Customer Care team but as per our records your ad was rescheduled and confirmed for booking and was also processed for publishing in the chosen newspaper. In case you were unable to find the advert in the preferred newspaper edition then the appropriate thing to do would be to email [protected]@releasemyad.com with your concern and they shall resolve the same.

As per our records we did not receive any complaint from your end about the ad not getting published. Please send us a screen shot or epaper of the newspaper edition released on the date when your ad was due for release so that we can verify whether it was published or not.
