Never recommend for news paper ad . Very Careless. No response from customer care.
Waste of time and money.

Dear Support,

On 24.08.2023, I had opted for newspaper publication through your 'releasemyad' on 'Indian Express' on the matrimony column (Delhi). The booking ID No is 1788884, due to be published on 03.09.2023. My payment was also accepted. On my conversation with the booking team, they confirmed that since I am in Kolkata at the moment, I can receive a snapshot of the ad by requesting the customer care team on a telephonic call on Monday after 11a.m.

Today when i called the customer care - AN EXTREMELY MISBEHAVED AND RUDE MALE EXECUTIVE ANSWERED THE PHONE. HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE SNAPSHOT AND EVEN HIS NAME.
WHEN I REQUESTED HIM TO CONNECT ME TO HIS SENIOR, HE SAID HE IS THE BOSS AND THE SENIOR AS WELL. HE YELLED AT ME AND DISCONNECTED THE PHONE. USUALLY CUSTOMER CARE CALLS ARE RECORDED, I WOULD SUGGEST THAT THE COMPANY HEAD LISTENS TO THE CONVERSATION.

At present despite of making the payment, I do not know whether my ad was published or not. Your actions amount to "DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE" in accordance with the law.

I am heavily disappointed in your poor services. Above all, the manner in which the male executive spoke to me, further confirms that you cheat and defraud customers.

I am compelled to take appropriate action against your company. Needless to mention, I will inform my all my acquaintances, relatives, colleagues, friends and on social media platform regarding your misconduct and misbehavior.

Sir Madam, I recently took help in whatsapp to upload an Ad for property (Flat) resale via releasemyad. They called me few times before i made the payment, when they shared the link. Once i made the payment i wanted to check if it was posted correctly, but never i got any call back. Finally i can see that the Ad was posted in "Residential" seciton but not under "Flat Resale". Need urgent help to either repost the Ad or provide me with the refund pls. Kindly do urgent needful pls.

I booked advertisement (to sell my house) in GujaratSamachar Newspaper through releaseMyAd.com website on 25/01/2023 paying Rs.756/- (630 + 126 [got mail to pay 126 rs. additionally]) (Ad ID: 1749065 ). the ad was release in GujaratSamachar Newspaper on 29/01/2023. but, It was printed in wrong column. I was nothing benefit to this add with wrongly printed. The ad was published in wrong column instead of should be show in actual column. I have written mails to [[protected]@releasemyad.com] according to say customer care, and, I have requested to again printed my ad write column otherwise refund my money. also, was created ticket on releaseMyAd.com website. called them several times but no use, also, everyone says we could not something, our manager are looking seen your matter. I do not receive any calls or mails. Now neither they are answering nor giving mail reply. I feel I have been cheated. I want to Refund ALL my money. Very bad customer support.

Hi I had booked an Ad to be released through website ReleasemyAd AD ID 1743112 in Tarun Bharat all edition and paid by my Credit Card Rs. 1800/-. The following email from Ms Jinia to me explains the incident and fraud they are committing.
27.12.2022 Dear Sir, Kindly note we just now received the confirmation from the Publication that your Ad has been missed to get Published on 29/12/2022 and hence, the release date is rescheduled for 29/12/2022 as per your confirmation. We highly regret the delay and the inconvenience caused, Sir.

This refers to the various calls I had with you regarding my Ad to be released in Tarun Bharat. However you have been giving me different dates but the Ad is not published yet. In case your company cannot publish the advertisement, kindly refund the full amount immediately to my Credit Card through which I had made the payment.

I am sorry to say that I have not received my refund till date even after many reminders. If I do not get the refund payment by today evening I will be compelled to complain to the Consumer Court, Police and will post the same in Social Media and Google.

Please tell your Bosses that do not try to cheat me.

very poor customer service. I just wanted to see a clipping or photo of the ad that was booked and the response is, paper is chargeable not free- First subscribe and then you can see the ad and that they don't send the paper clipping after the ad has been published. So, how as a customer am I supposed to know if the ad has been published or not...Attached are the photos of WhatsApp messaging with the customer service. Instead of apologising showing attitude to customer is not acceptable.

Pls try and get another service provider.

I have booked on release my ad site on 28/06/2022 for publishing ad in punjab kesari newspaper(matrimonial section) of 03/07/2022.Payment of rs 1318 done from our side (screenshot enclosed) but ad not given in newspaper.Pl look into the matter seriously.

I am Dr Saggar a dentist in ludhiana .I gave advertisement in ludhiana tribune booking I'd 1699859.it was booked by Mr Milan through chat.The ad however was published in main newspaper instead of ludhiana edition.i have written several mails to [protected]@releasemyad.com, called them several times but no use, everyone says we l talk to manager n revert back to get advertisement redone but I do not receive any calls or mails .This is my last effort otherwise m going to sue the company for mental and financial harrassment

I have booked the vijayakarnataka paper ad through releasemyad.com by prepaid the amount, but that company peoples did.t publish the ad and told nonsense reasons. after i cancelled the ad and asked for refund. then till now they telling ### reasons and did.t refunded my amount. all owners and workers of that company are frauds. please don.t trust that company. if you want the proofs please give me your email or phone number in comment box. i will forward all the documents. the directors of that company are

I tried to take a cost of half page add since morning and received no attention after consultation.

I have done payment of around 4k to for a public notice ad. Neither my ad was published nor the refund was generated. Upon calling customer care they have stopped taking calls.

I paid Rs 2583/- on 14/3/22 for posting one classified ad in a malayala manorama daily for 16/3/22. But forced to cancel the same immediately in 10 minutes on a second thought.

Please arrange to look into the matter and do the needful urgent

I have placed ad for Malaya Manorama on 17 March 2022 and payment of Rs. 3003.00 has been debited from my ICICI Bank account. Payment is not reflecting in their account. Order no. 1682161

I paid for an Ad under category Public Notice which was automatically changed without my concern.

After booking the Ad and making full payment as per selected categories, someone from Release My Ad called me and asked me to pay another Rs 2874 in addition to a similar amount I had already paid saying that the Ad was not in the correct category.

As this was my first ( and will be the last ) experience with this company I went ahead and paid. But I did call them and ask them if this was a fraud call. But they said that this was authentic call.

Now the first Ad in TOI, Pune on the 15/01/2022 did not appear.

I feel I have been cheated.

I am writing to them to Refund ALL my money and at the same time placing my Complaint here.

This company is a Fraud and should be stopped.

I have booked property selling add on 16.12.21 for dainik bhaskar, bhopal edition for 19.12.21. My add is not there.
Ad I'd is 1660497.

Booked ad on 271121 for hitvada Nagpur edition. The. Web page contains name of hitvada and I paid 685 for the ad. On28 it was not published. When contacted, they assured me to publish in 2-3 days. Now neither they are answering nor giving reply. I got cheated by fake hitvada ad page which was actually control by releasemyad, a bogus agency. All readers are requested to please book their ad by personally going to agent or by visiting press. Please do not book online ad in releasemyad web, to avoid any financial loss.

This complaint is with reference to an ad with releasemyad Ad id 1649696
1. I booked advertisement (to give my flat on rent) in Divya Marathi newspaper through releaseMyAd.com website on 3/11/2021 paying Rs.2940/- (Ad ID: 1649696). the ad was booked for 7 days from 5/11/2021 to 11/11/2021
2. Then on 4/11/2021 I got call from releaseMyAd customer care representative informed me that dates from 5/11/2021 to 7/11/2021 are unavailable...

Our advertisement (with ID: 1645748) is not yet published. This was supposed to be published on Oct 24 and it's already two days. The customer representative is funny. Every time I try to ream them, they forward the call and the call is dropped. I am using ReleaseMyAd.com for more than two years. I did not face such a disastrous experience earlier.
