Reliance 3G Dongle — Reliance doesn't solve problem

I have reliance 3g dongle. before a week ago i recharged my 3g dongle wit Rs. 650 but i didn't got 3g speed. when i call to customer care, customer care representative told me that my problem will solve in 48 hrs. but i call again after approx 72 hrs and ask them about my complaint, they told complaint still under process and will solve in next 24hrs.

i did recharge of 3g and i got 2g speed. please sir/madam take some action on Reliance.
