Dear team, I am using the data card [protected] provided by my company WIPRO LTD. from last 3 month I am facing a issue in connection.. I am using 3G Pro but it is giving 1G or below 1G speed. I am really unhappy with it.. kindly get this issue resolved ASAP. I tried to lodge a complaint using reliance data card toll free number [protected] the response from customer care team was pathetic. I hate to contact customer care and really fed off...

Reliance is selling its evdo rev.b devices but there is no rev.b network present in kalyan nor it gives connection speed of 14.7 Mbps. When u connect u can see in status page o[censored] r device it clearly shows up to 3.1 Mbps that means I am paying for 14.7 mbps but getting 3.1 Mbps because there is no rev.b network in kalyan But when I purchased device I had checked their website and I have purchase from reliance gallery and that had also...

I complained about the dongle so many times regarding the speed... And what i get is 10-20kbps speed... U kidding me??? In my plan the average speed is said to be 700-80kbps.. And i don't get even half of it... It is the worst company ever. You have the worst signals. Increasing the rates wont give you success...

My Doungle is not working properly when connected. In my system, it says that 'You are not connected to a net work' and 'Page is not displayed'. Reliance net connect doungle once fixed in to my system, I have made necessary procedures as laid down in the manual. Reliance Pro3 is installed in my computer. Haven't got any resolution to my below complaint. I have recharged a 3g dongle and getting speed below 10 kbps that's really PATHETIC and am sorry Reliance haven't done anything on my below complaint.

My Name is Jyoti Duggal. I bought a Reliance Dongle and a postpaid connection on 2nd Aug 2012 in this commitment that network is there in my area, but after activation of my sim there was no network. I replace my sim with prepaid connection i.e rs. 600/- for three months. but I received few calls and bill of above connection without using a single day. After few days recovery people start visiting my home to recover sum of amount of rs. 2000/-....

I purchased reliance’s Prepaid 3G Dongle Connection a few days back and after it was been activated I recharged it with Plan of Rs.255 they gave me a Main account Balance of Rs.73 and 1 GB data. I have reliance 3g dongle. before a week ago i recharged my 3g dongle wit Rs. 650 but i didn't got 3g speed. when i call to customer care, customer care representative told me that my problem will solve in 48 hrs. but i call again after approx 72 hrs and ask them about my complaint, they told complaint still under process and will solve in next 24hrs.
