[Resolved]  Reliance Autozone — EMI not given

I bought a car stereo from Reliance Autozone at Ambience Mall, Gurgaon. While going through the various models, the sales man insisted me to buy from them as they were having an interest free EMI sheme for Citibank credit card holders. I agreed to this and procedeed for the purchase. I was billed the entire amout of the product vide bill number 0010 dated 16 June 2011. I got the first bill from Citibank for the complete amount. I paid the first part as per the EMI promised thinking that it might be the procedure of the bank to send the entire amount statement. But simultaneously I went to Reliance Autozone for any error. They said I will have to show them the bill which unfortunately I did not have that day. Though I had the statement so I told them that I could tell them the bill date and they can look up the details for the same in their system to which they refused. In the meantime I got another bill from Citibank with the interest amount on the short payment. I checked up with the bank on the subject but as per them, the offers are from the dealer and not from the bank, though they could put me on EMI with certain percent of interest charges as per their terms and conditions. As I was again being charged the interes, I ended up paying the entire remaining amount of my purchase in one go. I somehow retraced my bill and called up Reliance Autozone for the details of their complaint cell. Person who picked up the phone requested me to come to the showroom at Ambince and said he will get the problem solved. He said his name was Gaurav Singh. The next day I went to the showroom and met Guarav Singh, but he could not re-collect having spoken to me the day before. Infact he said that he was having his weekly off on the day I called. Hence it was presumed that the person who picked up the same told Gaurav Singh's name since he was dealing with the EMI purchases. But to my surprise none of the employees there owned up having spoken to me just a day before. By now I was getting very irritated and called up the store inchrge Mr.Aditya Chaudhary who checked my bill and informed me that I was not put in the EMI scheme and it was error from their side whosoever billed me on that day. He told me that since it is too late he will not be able to help me now. What I fail to understand is that,

1. While I had told every detail about this to the person who picked up the phone and just asked him about the complaint cell number or E-mail ID, why was I called up aging to the showroon and wasted my time. These guys do not understand the value of time and making fool of customer who is already annoyed of their service.
2. Why was I not given the EMI scheme which was promised to me.

These guys are a bunch of theives in uniforms and degrading the name of the one of the biggest brand of India. Or maybe they have been instructed to do so.
