PLS TELL ME HOW TO ACTIVATE CALLER TUNE IN RELIANCME MOBILE WITH MY OWN CHOICE ?

Dear Sir,
I want to unsubscribe the caller tune service in my mobile no-[protected]. I have sent the SMS several times and also called your caller tune service no 56700, but unfortunately every time I have got a reply that for technical difficulties it is not possible to unsubscribe. Here I have a question, for your technical problem why I will pay the extra money which you deduct from the recharge amount? Here I want to note that I never applied for any subscription for caller tune. Please help me immediately so that the problem can be solved ASAP.

I am a customer of your services having my prepaid connection no. [protected]. I have got the facility of your life time services valid upto 20.7.2021 with STD/local @ Re 1. Ever since my connection the company has been deducting hidden charges/subscribing to musical tones/cricket scores ets without any request made by me. It became all the more irksome in the last few months.In the last month out of Rs. 60 with which it was recharged, I could hardly get a talk time of Rs 15. This month I got it recharged for Rs. 75 on 8th January 2010 and over Rs. 55 has been deducted from the balance although there was no minus balance from earlier.I came to know about deduction from my account at 1.31 a.m. today when a message was received from your No.3600, that to at an odd hour. I have been subscribed to musical tune without any request and I have been repeatedly making request to your service people not to do so.
You have thus cheated me by collecting some hidden charges without making that known to me which is violative of the provisions of the MRTP Act as is an offence under Sections 406 and 420 of the I.P.C.
I, therefore, request you to restore the balance amount in my account forthwith failing which I will be constrained to lodge FIR against you with Patna Police under section 406/420 of the IPC for which you will be solely responsible.
