[Resolved]  Reliance - CDMA — No option for change in existing Prepaid plan to 1 paisa/sec plan

Dear Sir,

The cell no. [protected] is using by my family members from last 4 year. I was recharged with some lifetime plan of Rs.0.50/Minute for Local and Rs. 1.00/Minute for STD. Now I want to change my current existing plan to 1paisa/sec. But the customer care of Reliance CDMA executive says I can't do that because of existing Lifetime plan. So it is hereby requested that please tell me how can I change my existing plan.

Many times I was e-mail my problem to Nodal Officer of Mumbai (with 1 Reminder). After not getting any reply form their side I was forwarded complaint to Appellate Authority of Mumbai (with 2 Reminder). The 1st complaint I was e-mail to Nodal Officer is on 20.07.2011. But till date I did not get any reply and waiting for it.
