Dear sir
i am ahishek kumar from pondicherry
for the last 10 month i am using Reliance CDMA prepaid service. on 28th march i have recharged for Rs 599. this is reliance india unlimited calling pack but since yesterday this service is not working as well as i called to their customer care service but they did not provided sufficient information regarding this subject.
kindly help me on this issue

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. No option for change in existing Prepaid plan to 1 paisa/sec plan

The cell no. [protected] is using by my family members from last 4 year. I was recharged with some lifetime plan of Rs.0.50/Minute for Local and Rs. 1.00/Minute for STD. Now I want to change my current existing plan to 1paisa/sec. But the customer care of Reliance CDMA executive says I can't do that because of existing Lifetime plan. So it is hereby requested that please tell me how can I change my existing plan.br...
