[Resolved] Reliance CDMA Prepaid — discontinuation of service without intimation | |
i had got connection of Reliance prepaid on 18 oct 2008 and was using it with both incoming and outgoing facility for about 12 days...!! On 31 oct 2008, got a call from address verification office to confirm my details of the documents and i confirmed all the details but still, there was a dis continual of the service from 2100hrs same day..!! i called the customer service and was told to resubmit the documents and did the same but still it was straightened up..!!! Again called the customer service to lodge a complaint and got a call from the Tech Sup Office to inform me that my account has been made null which i was aware for 3 days..!!! i was told to redo the procedures from scratch and they used a disinterested tone in doing all the conversation..!!! I have bought the new CDMA sim card & put it into the old set of reliance the sim has worked for only 6-7 days then the service has been witheld. I have comunicated to my dealer so many times but he is saying it company policy that the new sim cannot work into old set. I want the reson why? if i want to change the no then what people will do every time he shuld buy the new set. Its not possible.
I was to much torchoured due to this. So please reply me soon.
