Since last 5 days, I m receiving same meesage from any company/service provider many times repeatdly 15-20 times in a day, and this happens from another company also.Talked to customercare they suggested to activate DND or the messages will come the sameway we are helpless. I hold Reliance Prepaid CDMA number ([protected]) with lifetime validity for last 5 years. I had around Rs 90.00 balance on it. When I woke up on[protected], I was not able to make any call, even to the customer care. No one was able to call and they were getting "Number does not exist". Wow!! Reliance terminated my number without notice and for no reason. I can never expect such a thing from a reputed services...

irregular deductions with out any information and also on regular basis. please strict action against reliance customer care both GSM and CDMA. as on 04 Feb12 there was 57.18 balance in my phone and in 05 Feb 12 i got the message that my balance has reached below 15. i checked my balance it was 0.48 which is shocking. neither did i cal any one and have my sms pack so my maximum use is sms ....

My name is Santosh bearing the Karnataka Reliance CDMA mobile no. is “”””[protected]””””. I had recharged for 599 RS plan on 21st of December 2011 at 6PM. At 6.05 PM same day (21st of Decemeber 2011) I tried calling a reliance std number and the call failed and automated voice asked me to recharge my account.

I called up the customer care , the customer care representative’s response ,astonished...

Dear Sir,
Reliance is deducting my balance by two means

i) Every time I send sms for deactivation of my sms pack,
they just activate again and again,
this is happening every time.
ii) When they activate 5p per sms,
still they cut my 1rupee per sms,
I send 24 sms and my 24 rupees were deducted

Hence this is very much unfair with...

My last balance was Rs. 4.71. on 13.07.11 05:27pm.
From[protected] my balance is deducting Rs. 0.50 per day till today[protected]. I am getting two messages as-
1. Message to 51234 Successfully Delivered on[protected] [ Time ] 13.07.11 05:26pm.
2. Insufficient balance. Please recharge...

i wanted to use the serrvice of MNP for changing the service provider from vodafone to reliance CDMA prepaid.
but due to very slow service of reliance cdma I am not able to change the operator.

i just switch to reliance GSM to CDMA through MNP

firstly they have switched off my service for 4 day instant of 2 hours
secondly after activating my number i was not able to recharge my mobile for 6 days
third now i have recharged it but they are cutting 99 paisa per call ins ted off 1 paisa
when ever i call to customer care they said we don't know what is the problem please call after...

This Service SMS Pack was activated without my consent so i contacted there customer care through *333 and there was a person Virendra Paswan , Kolkata..(as he told me) who doesn't want to listen to my query...and bluntly says that your deducted amount wont be given back and we cannot do any thing..Idon't know from where they are hireing such employee who cannot even give a genuine reply to the consumers query and don't kno...

hello, I m Arun a reliance prepaid mobile customer. I have two reliance cdma prepaid numbers [protected] (meerut region UP) , [protected] (Delhi region). My balance was deducted from both of numbers several time on the name of services activated by reliance themselve on my numbers. These services were not activated by me. But if i complaint to customer care, they say that I have requested for these services and therefore the balance is deducted...

Sir, I'm tired of complaining again and again at reliance customer care( which actually is not meant for services) they activate once the caller back tone on my phone and deduct 40 Rs. on complaining once te credited back my money, but again after 1 day they do this, and than even after complaining they said that money won't be back. then after few days they set one more service and deduct Rs.10, again they said money will not be...

I recharged Reliance CDMA with Rs 249/- for Reliance to Reliance free calling for One Month
and after that recharge with Rs. 48 for 50 Paise calling on any phone on same day (15 Oct 2009)
, my first recharge overwrite by second one & lapse.

Kindly request you to cancel the Rs 48 or activate Rs. 249 recharge only.

I have a lifetime prepaid cdma (Mobile No-[protected]) mobile. On 27/09/09 Rs. 31.00 has been deducted from my balance .Please infom me why this amount has been deducted from my balance....

sir, i have earlier lodge a complain on this site but u have not given any response.now my problem is not yet solved.my no is [protected] and i have a proble that from my mobile balance relaince has taken 99 rs for their service pack which i has not activated by myself .i have called to the reliance customer care but they are not serious about my problem and their behaviour is not good...after 2 days they are not solved my problem so please...

i had got connection of Reliance prepaid on 18 oct 2008 and was using it with both incoming and outgoing facility for about 12 days...!! On 31 oct 2008, got a call from address verification office to confirm my details of the documents and i confirmed all the details but still, there was a dis continual of the service from 2100hrs same day..!! i called the customer service and was told to resubmit the documents and did the same but still...

I recharged my fone with Talktime value 450,The very next day the balacced showed to be nill, I called customer care and they said that it was due to net usage . The net usage happened around 1 month back and they debited my account then ,in between I recharged my account many a times.I know my usage and wonder where my money went.CC says that they dont have any usage information .I requested a lot but all in vain. This is the pathetic customer...
