i am using reliance cdma from 9 month first time i want to ask something to customercare but the ivr system is unstopeble always making chapar...chapar... please found the problem and make me inform what the another number to call reliance customer care.

sale ye same network to theek se connect nahi kr pate...kya service denge aaj ke bad koi bhi reliance na use kare maha ghatiya network hai ye...24 ghante me 18 ghante network hi busy rahta hai salo kai koi bhi nmber connect nahi hota maine 999 recharge karwa hai apne number pe but network kharab hone ki wajah se kabhi baat hi nahi ho pati hai

the relaince customer care people are very badly they are responding they deduct money and they told from u r side only happens and they will not respond why company is paying salaries to that i dontknow

I have a reliance CDMA prepaid connection with Lifetime validity till 2022. Unknowingly, I did an online recharge with Rs 80/- which added me only 4.5 Rs talk time. When I called up the customer care..they say it is a validity recharge for 14days, whereas, I already have a lifetime validity...which i dont need a validity for now. I seriously wont agree this way since the customer who are enjoying a lifetime validity should be detected by the system to make it as a topup but this is a serious management flaws. Please let me know whether i can file a complaint against the company through Consumer Forum and will win the case. thank you
