[Resolved]  Reliance CDMA Prepaid — no account of net usage

I recharged my fone with Talktime value 450,The very next day the balacced showed to be nill, I called customer care and they said that it was due to net usage . The net usage happened around 1 month back and they debited my account then ,in between I recharged my account many a times.I know my usage and wonder where my money went.CC says that they dont have any usage information .I requested a lot but all in vain. This is the pathetic customer care service I have ever seen . One lady named Smita even quoted" I will disconnect the call if you ask the same question again" she dint tell her identity and not tell her supervisor name ,all she said is that they are not authorized .Then again I was connected to a sup. named Deepak Sharma and he was more philosophical than of any help . Reliance CC seriously lack soft skills and also the commitment towards customers. I am thinking of dragging them to consumer court and I dont see any alternate.I would suggest all of of you not to use reliance net connect or you would land up in trouble and there is no proof of net usage with anybody. I think reliance is duping customers by doing like this. There is no direct number for escalation nor any redressal forum where a person can vent out his frustration.
