[Resolved]  Reliance CDMA Prepaid — Previous Recharge plan with Rs 249 overwritten by new Plan with Rs 48

Hi,

I recharged Reliance CDMA with Rs 249/- for Reliance to Reliance free calling for One Month
and after that recharge with Rs. 48 for 50 Paise calling on any phone on same day (15 Oct 2009)
, my first recharge overwrite by second one & lapse.

Kindly request you to cancel the Rs 48 or activate Rs. 249 recharge only.

I want information about all plans for free r2r calls.
Is there any rechargr for this service?
I am using the Relaince Phone from 2 years i always get recharged of Rs.249/- but in this month my sim validility was going to be expired by 30.01.2010. I get many msg for the free terif but no msg came for my validility. Mainly the cause is this that your Coustomer care representative have misguide me for the terrif Plan and for my validility. He said that your terrif will remain valid from 27.01.2010 to 27.02.2010. i said that may be it will ger closed he said that no you will get the full validility of your terrif. tell me sir what i will do now either use relaince or any other phone. because your executive have misguide me many times.
I am not getting connected to your customer care division from 2 days i think this is due to the complaint I have registered. i am using the relaince phone from the begining i get started to use the cell phone. Tell me sir is this my fault that i am suffering from the relaince.
Dear Sir/Madam,

Today I paid for a recharge of Rs. 300 for my Reliance CDMA mobile . But when I reached my residence, I came to know SMS that instead of recharging my mobile for Rs. 300, it has been recharged for Rs. 299 in unlimited plan, which I did not request and want. Hence I contacted customer care and talked to Mr. Jitendra & Mr. Bhupendra for rectification. they showed their inability to help me in this matter and connected me to the floor superviser Mr. Amit Sharma. I again narrated the whole matter to him and requested for rectification. Then he said that he can not do it and asked me to contact the recharge shop. when I told the shop is closed hence I am contacting customer care and requested to connect me to a senior official or pass on his number. Then he started saying that it can not be done and no body in reliance has authority to do it and also questioned that did you contacted customer care before going for recharge.

This is totally unfair to put me under a plan which I did not request and want. I again request for recharging of my Reliance CDMA mobile for Rs. 300 instead of putting me under a unwanted plan.
