[Resolved] Reliance CDMA Prepaid — unnecessary Charging by activating unwanted services | |
Sir, I'm tired of complaining again and again at reliance customer care( which actually is not meant for services) they activate once the caller back tone on my phone and deduct 40 Rs. on complaining once te credited back my money, but again after 1 day they do this, and than even after complaining they said that money won't be back. then after few days they set one more service and deduct Rs.10, again they said money will not be credited, I call them and asked for deactivating that service. They said ok we have deactivated the service now next time it won't be repeated, but after 10 days they again renew the service and deduct Rs. 10. now what should I do. Sir, I'm tired of complaining again and again at reliance customer care( which actually is not meant for services) Reliance activate cricket pack on my cell without any information and deduct my lot of balence even after my request they didnot stop this service and continue to deduct my balance . my mobile no. [protected]. very bad stage for reliance

Reliance — Unnecessary charging/unwanted call
I recharged my bobile no [protected] with two hundred on 23/9/10.within three days company deducted 112 repee from my account.If this money is not refunded within a day i will go to consumer court.How can company charge money without any notification.So many unwanted calls are coming to my mobile,which is disturbing.I do not want to get any unwanted call hereafter.
comapany have deducted Rs.49/-from my balance and gave me cricket mania services without my preapproval and when i words with customer care executive they are saying that you have confirmed when you get a call, but i have not accepted and i have already taken DND services from June 2009, and when i said to want to the senior executive they cut my call after holding me 20-30 minutes. i fed up with theis behavior, and i have lodge a request to deactivate the cricket sms but still they are sending me sms till late night.i want to punish them in the way of fine and also some other fine as they will not do with the any customer.

COURT.THEY HAVE CHARGED APPROX RS
150 FROM MY ACCOUNT AND NOT REFUNDING
AND MAKING ANY EXCUSES ALWAYS. I am fed
up pls help me.
