Reliance CDMA Prepaid — irregular deducted from balance

irregular deductions with out any information and also on regular basis. please strict action against reliance customer care both GSM and CDMA. as on 04 Feb12 there was 57.18 balance in my phone and in 05 Feb 12 i got the message that my balance has reached below 15. i checked my balance it was 0.48 which is shocking. neither did i cal any one and have my sms pack so my maximum use is sms .
